Was very impressed with the services. The order was prompt and of good quality. Only the website could be a little more user friendly and hence gave 4 stars. If that is made good it would be 5 stars.But overall it was convenient and will definitely be ordering more from them. I love physical copies of some photos and not being able to step out, this was the best thing for me. Have already recommended it to many friends.

Very helpful staff. They will tell you everything about cameras, what to buy, what not to buy. Doesnt matter whether you are buying today or few weeks or months down the line. They will ensure you dont waste your money buying stuff you probably wont need.

The photographer and the helping woman are pretty friendly and its a nice place for family portraits and also my only reason for a 4 rating. Not too happy with the way we were haggled to go with expensive options. That choice should be left to the customer and should be discussed beforehand. It was very hard for me to negotiate a decent deal towards the end. Please let customers decide what they want and the way they want it. Be a little slower while explaining the various options and let them decide what they want to go with. I felt very rushed to decide and I did not enjoy that part.

Disappointed by the pictures. The pictures were edited too much and not ready to fix it. Not willing to give raw pictures even to get edited outside. We took a frame from them and pic looks good there, may be that is the reason why they were always saying they look good in a specific type of frame when we ask why other pics dont look as good. Complete waste of money. Cant even make other pictures framed outside.

This place is neatly and nicely maintained. Overall satisfied by the service they offer. They services include selling camera, lense, photoshoot, frames, mug print, collage print, name print, pillow print etc.. Easily accessable and near to Indiranagar metro station. You might find them on bit expensive side but its worth. They accept card and digital payments. Parking could be an issue at the peak hours.

My experience in GK vale is totally different during my visit today with my wife to take a passport photo. They welcomed us with a welcome smile, understanding our requirement they guided us to studio to take a photo after taking photo they guided us to the billing counter and asked us to weight two minute. In this process our print out of photos delivered to us with out wasting our time which I never expected, My wife was not happy and not satisfied with the photo though it was looking good for me. Understanding my wifes disappointment G K Vale staff invited her to retake her photo finally got printed to her satisfaction. Brilliant team at work in this branch of GK Vale. You might find them expensive but that’s because they are so good with their art and it’s worth every penny. I discovered a lot of old photographs in my mother’s archives. Some of them were badly damaged. I took them to GK Vale Indiranagar on CMH road and they did a stunning job in transforming some of them. If you have any such need, look for Bhushan as he is a thorough professional. Not only did he do a great job, he also completed it a day before scheduled as I told him I will leave Bangalore soon. Check out the transformation of my Grand Father’s photograph in the image attached. Almost gave a new life to it.I also got my parents photograph enlarged and framed and it came out great. Overall great experience. Can highly recommend them.
