Standards of maintenance is good. Rooms were nice and clean. I was allocated a room which had smoking smell (mostly previous occupants had smoked there), it was promptly changed on my request.Food was good, buffet was pricey. Swimming pool was closed due to covid norms.Reducing a star as amenities and games can be improved.

Good place nearby Bangalore for one day vacation.Pros:Good food (we opted for Dinner and breakfast). Breakfast specially was really very good.Covid protocol - All the staff members wear masks all the time and they have put hand sanitizers everywhere.Room service is also good.Check-in and check-out process is also very smoothCons:There is nothing much to do. All indoor and outdoor activities are closed except Badminton and TT. The place was crowded over the weekend and what couples and kids will do. Due to covid swimming pool is closed but you should consider giving more indoor gaming options like pool table, foosball, carrom board. These are such basic games available in any resort.The AC wasnt working initially and we had call room service twice to get it resolved. It will be better if you can resolve such issues before giving it to guests.

We were at Clarks for a one night stay with family. The experience was very pleasant. The staff were courteous and helpful. The ambience is calm and refreshing. Tea or Coffee is best consumed on room service. A good get away. We returned refreshed and filled with a lot of wonderful memories.

A nice get away place in Bangalore. It can be a very relaxing stay. As its away from city you can have a peaceful stay here. They have a good restaurant for food. The rooms are very near and clean. They clean the rooms every day. I stayed for a 3 days with all 3 times meal with them. As its away from city you have to take food only from the hotel.

I had a very comfortable stay of 4 days. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I was here for a meeting and their sanitation protocols were upto the mark. The rooms are large and well lit and the cleaning staff is super efficient. The food is delectable and both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available. You will surely have a comfortable and delightful stay here

Clarks was so amazing that I and my husband have decided to make a stay once more when we are in Bangalore. the ambience, environment, infrastructure everything was perfect and services were on time and hygiene. in love with this place. the crowd was good but yet it looked empty and we did have privacy.

One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at.The 3 star is for the unresponsive staff and the most unfriendly check in ever. Heck, I had to carry my bags all by myself to the room.The car was parked in a non parking area and no guidance was provided until I checked out.Great food BTW.

As this hotel/resort is situated in mid of a township, the outside cleanliness, ambience is just awesome. Greenery and views are just great. But property as such is not maintained hey well. Its a very spacious resort with approx 150 rooms and 6 banquet halls. Perfect for wedding functions or meetings or even family vacations... Its always busy around so make sure to book in advance. There is a cottage building, a Greece based building, an apartment type building and various blocks.. Do consider checking out

It’s a beautiful property and well maintained rooms and facilities! We got an upgrade when we checked in! Huge applause for that!The biggest problem we faced was their restaurant and in room dining!Buffet Lunch was mediocre and the staff there were too busy to care of what you want or don’t want!U have to keep getting their attention but they look away! Basic things like tissues, cutlery not available!Food ordered takes more than an hour to be served whether it’s at the restaurant or in room dining! Pasta took 1 hour at the restaurant to be served and a cup of milk took 30 plus minutes to be brought in the room! Other guests had similar complaints!After repeated slack in service we ate our next meals at Taj and Barley n Grapes!Another issue that troubled me was several guests were without masks, casually roaming around the property and there was no strict action taken against them! During this pandemic didn’t expect such callousness from guests and hotel authorities! Staff who entered my room had a cloth mask on instead of N95, putting us at risk!There’s no one at the club house or pool or cycle stand or to give basketball, it was like wild goose hunt chase looking for some help at the activities area!My suggestion if the hotel can’t manage so many guests better to cut down on reservations instead of ruining our holiday and making us spend so much!Mr. Rakesh tried to salvage the situation but it was too late to undo the damage!

Resort located in huge place . Surrounding are super nice 👍.You can go with your family or friends and you can spend some valuable time together.I went with my colleagues as day out .Only thing food 🍲 is not so great and many items are not available.You can go for many games like badminton 🏸, tennis 🎾, volleyball 🏐, indoor games like table tennis 🏓, caroms .You can relax in the swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool . Other than sliding there are not much activities in the pool .You will find good places to click a nice pictures.You feel at last a day well spent in the resort .

Clarks exotica as a resort is very good full of amenities, rooms are very nice but the service part is a big concern, service is very pathetic.If you order at room they will ask for cash to be paid at room, if you ask for water they charge 25 rs per bottle and the bottles they are providing has mrp of 12 rs/bottle and for that they will not provide bill and ask for cash we had to argue with staff that we will not pay cash or else get the bill.Bar service was pathetic and was way worse than room service, we ordered drinks and it took him more than 45 mins to prepare the drinks and to get starters it took him 1.5 hours.Service is a big concern here and the staff is rude at times they committed us that a cake will be sent to each room on our arrival but they didnt deliver.I would rate clarks exotica facilities wise 4.5 and service wise 0 stars if I can.

A marvelous place to spend time with your loved ones. We had stayed at this heaven for just say for 24 hours. It is a wonderfully planned landscape one can say. Once you enter here you will first meet the most kind and helpful staff who answer all our queries irrespective of the young and the old. We were welcomed with a bottle of water and buttermilk.The place has a plenty of options what I experienced was one must stay atleast for a week to explore this wonderful heaven. They have a good spread of food which attracts people of all ages . Everyone enjoyed the spread of lunch dinner and breakfast.There is a choice of games one can opt indoor and outdoor activities. The pool is majestic with different slides falling in it.Totally an awesome place to spend your valuable time with your family and friends.

We as a family of two visited this so called five star property as staycation. Below points I would like to mention.a. The hotel/resort is situated in a green environment and located in the mid of a township because of which the ambience and exterior cleanliness is mind-blowing.b. We stayed in a 1-BHK so called suite. The amenities provided in the rooms are just okay and not worth mention. The rooms are not properly maintained.c. The restaurant Ambrosia is not that upscale and you will have limited items in a buffet meal which you dont expect in a so called five star property. There are no live counters.d. Coming to hygiene during this pandemic. Most of the staffs in the restaurant will have their masks below their noses. Chairs, tables, etc are not sanitized and cleaned for the new guests. There is no limit on the number of visitors in restaurant and most of the times it will be overcrowded with most of the people without masks which can be really risky during these times.e. The management may think of imparting training to their staffs to enhance their skills including communication and behavior.f. In case you are using any room services, restaurant services, other than the one in the package, the staffs will come to you for on spot payment. The hotel may think of taking the payment from guests at the time of checkout by posting all payments to the room which generally happens in a four or five star property.Thumbs up to the managing committee/RWA for managing the township so well. Everyone can think of taking timeoff from their heavy schedule and visiting this property.

Though it is advertised as big resort, but too much restrictions inside campus to roam around other than access to clubhouse. Everywhere barricades on roads with instruction plate stating Access beyond this point is restricted. I booked this place looking at nice greenery pics in their site thinking that we can spend time with nature to fresh up from busy city life with concrete jungle, but ended up sitting inside hotel room or roaming around just two to three buildings near my hotel room building. Not worth value for money paid. My family did not enjoy the stay other than morning breakfast.

The resort is conveniently located, away from all the traffic and noise. The staff are very friendly and responsive. We saw this across all areas - reception, restaurant, room service, at the entrance. Our check-in process was quick. Room is very spacious and has all the amenities. All three meals was included in the price. The buffet had lots of choices and the food is quite tasty. Kudos to the restaurant and kitchen team. Due to the pandemic there were no activities so it was a very quiet affair. However we were there just for a day to relax and we were able to do that. Overall it was a good experience. I will go back again when things improve so that I can see the difference when things are back ti normal.The only issue was the mask rule and social distancing rule was not being followed in the restaurant. But cannot blame the restaurant staff for that as they can only do that much, if the guests dont listen and follow the guidelines.

This is a strange place. It seems that they have hotel, restaurant, gym, swimming pool, convention center, and various other things in a singular campus. However, our stay in clarks exotica was very nice. Super family friendly place with a dedicated kids zone ideal for parents like us. I found the food a tad bit too spicy. Apart from that I have not much critics to make. If we come back to bangalore, chances are that we will stay here again.

Its a good place. In the outskirts, where there is no much chaos. Peaceful. Good service. But not recommended for Pure veg people. They say that they maintain different kitchens, but later found out that they prepare food all in all in one single main kitchen.

I had visited this place years back, service was good back then. Writing this review so that other customers can be little cautious about this. We had to cancel our plans just because of the miscommunication.We did call them and book rooms for us to stay. Surprisingly we didnt receive any email confirmation from the team . After multiple follow ups we received the confirmation through Whatsapp, but we did find a difference in the quotation shared compared to our phone conversation.EOD its not about the money, its about the service. Would have appreciated if team would have shared the details earlier via email than sharing it with us 12 hours before our scheduled arrival time that too after multiple follow ups.Please make sure you get email confirmation before you check-in and compare the quotation as well.

Clarks Exotica is in Devanahalli near to upcoming Prestige tech park. Its nicely maintained and good for corporate outings. Private villas are also in the same campus and beautifully maintained.

Great resort the pool and activities are closed due to the pandemic

We had some very good experiences and some bad experiences.First the good experiences, this place is huge and a great place to go for relaxation. Our rooms were super clean and we had requested some decoration which was done before our arrival and we loved it. Food quality and taste was really good.Coming to the bad experiences. We had a tough time reaching the Hotel. The roads to the hotel are not very good. There is a stretch of 1KM which is extremely bad for cars if one is coming by car. Once you reach Clark Exotica Swiss Town, directions are not very clear on where the check in building is. This place is huge and not so easy to navigate without proper boards.The staff at reception/in room dining service had no clue of what our package was and kept giving us different informations. We had bought the package which had all inclusive package of breakfast, lunch and dinner. While checking-in, I clearly asked the receptionist several times if we have in room dining as well as the restaurant as part of our package without any added cost and she said yes and I could use anything. Later that night when we tried to go to the restaurant, we were notified that our package doesnt include restaurant, so we came back and ordered in-room dining. Next day, when I tried to order breakfast, they said that our package doesnt include in room dining and we need to eat at the restaurant. I mentioned to them that I was told otherwise twice. They served that meal in the room. When I tried in room dining again, we were again told that our package doesnt include in room dining. On asking more about information discrepancy, they mentioned that we will have in room dining when there is no buffet in the restaurant and not otherwise.Tata Sky in TV hardly had any channels and there was a TV guide provided of working channels, none of those channels worked. On contacting their help desk, they sent someone once when we were sleeping. When we asked them to come at another time, no one showed up. So we ended up not using the TV for entire stay.

A very wonderful place for a break. Much needed during this year, the resort offers mind-blowing food, great room service and a very beautiful pool side view (although the pool is closed due to covid) that refreshes you.There are long roads, beautifully lit for Christmas/new year. So if your definition of chilling includes long walks, badminton, TT, squash - you are looking at the right place.The Chef and Manager at the Ambrosia restaurant (the place where you avail your complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner) are great people above anything else. They are willing to help you with every food item needed if you have kids with you, allergy of any kind or even if you feel like eating different.Overall, a great place to spend some quality time with family.
