We moved to our new villa a few months back and after settling down, started looking for companies that provide solutions for terrace and kitchen gardens.We reached out to MyCloudForest after coming across their site and decided to reach out. That turned out to one of the better decisions that weve ever taken.The MyCloudForest folks understood our need, suggested various solutions and were very flexible to make changes as we iteratively went through the design phase.We decided to break execution into two phases and at the end of a month or so, we now have a beautiful terrace, a nice kitchen garden and a small sitout area on a patch of land behind the house.Id especially like to thank Ashutosh, who managed our projects, engaged with us in great detail, was very flexible to make changes as needed and came up with excellent suggestions, as he drove timely execution of the project.Overall, we are thrilled with the work and are thinking of a small phase3 project in a month or so. We recently moved to our new home, where we planned to keep Vertical garden and after enquiring with multiple companies we finalized MCF. Initially, the design team visited our flat and took measurements and later they sent us 2D designs, once we finalized, they took around 3 weeks for preparation and installation done in a couple of hours.After two weeks of installation, due to no/zero shade in our balcony, almost 50% of the plants got dried out. We raised issue with the Sales team, within a day or two we got a call from maintenance manager harish and we explained our issue to him and also sent him some pix. Harish understood our issue and suggested to us some new plants and after we confirming, he sent the maintenance team to replace most of the plants free of cost. This time they also guided us about the maintenance measures to be taken which is very useful.Overall had an amazing experience 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

UPDATE:Impressed with their response to my previous post. They rectified the problem within a day. Updated photo attached. They even changed the plants. Happy to give a higher rating.Previous review:Disappointed with the work and the response thereafter.1. Promised us soilless potting medium but it was not so.2. Didn’t advice us well on the choice of plants for the sunny area. Many plants died in less than two months. The lockdown didnt allow us to contact them.3. The ugly soil stain is ruining our walls. You can see this in the attached picture. Their solution is to cut a pipe in half, and run it across the bottom of the vertical garden to collect the red colour water. They have forgotten about aesthetics.It has been weeks since we contacted them, and their response has only been lukewarm.They still haven’t turned up for the mandatory free service, which is part of the contract. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience after paying more than what we would have paid others for the same job.

I got a 11 by 3 ft balcony covered with grass, the whole process was seamless. The point of contact discussed our vision of the balcony, showed options with price. Gave us options to suit our budget. In two weeks the setup was installed. I asked for a plant tree, they arranged a good plant tree with a beautiful pot. I also like the design of the grass, it can be washed and automatically water drains.

I have got the exactly same thing I have asked for....and the set up they made for me is much more beautiful than my imagination.... and at a very reasonable price. I want to thank Cloud Forest group immensely. Keep it up

I had a terrible experience with this company. The POC Shika, was so unresponsive. She said she would send us a plan in a week and she didnt ever respond after that. They took our money and didnt bother communicating after that. I would send her a message and get no response. The company is highly unprofessional and doesnt respect anyones time.

They will show designs and sell the project but when it comes to execution you will see that what they promised was different and what they do is different.Repeatedly delay the project, citing various reasons.Have no idea how to speak to clients. Choose them if:1- you have plenty of time to run behind them to start work2 - you enjoy being treated with disrespect3 - if you love to listen to excuses about delays4- if you want to overspend on a project5 - if you are happy when you feel cheated6 - if you dont mind compromising on the design you selected7 - if you love playing detective and love double checking everything thats been said.PatheticPS- Do check whether they actually plant the seeds which they say. Its been months and theres not a single plant growing. On the contrary I planted a few seeds and they have grown well.The only positive is the maintenance team which was professional but overall I would not recommend them at all.PPS - I would have got a free maintenance if I had given them a high rating, but the truth is more important than a free maintenanceIn response to your teams reply1- The project was delayed multiple times. Your team gave an assurance it would be done by a specified time and they hadnt even started by then. Only after getting your CEO involved was the work completed - one month after your promised date. Keep in mind that your team gave the date and not me. You charge extra to complete before time but shouldnt there be a penalty for delayed work.2- I agreed to your presentation and believed what your sales team told. Your deck did not include the word reference and your team member who came to do a recce confirmed all what I asked. He mentioned it would be the way its shown. Your team could not even measure the site correctly which is why you ended up having to rework the issue. And as far as demanding extra, I demanded what was shown in the presentation. Might I remind you that I had to pay extra to your workers to get the task done. 3 - I hope youve learnt to be honest4- Its a good thing I recorded our conversations and have screenshots where you agree that you screwed up. Shifting the blame does not take away your shoddy work.5 - being honest is not equivalent to defaming someone. On the contrary you have done this to me by levelling false accusations. As a customer I have every right to ensure no other gullible person falls for your trap and I completely regret having given your team the contract.Also kindly mention what products I received free of cost? For those who are considering their service, do check the estimates. 10 k for a plastic sheet. Now we know who was trying to rob whom.Peace out.

MyCloud Forest did a great job in helping with the makeover my balcony garden. What I liked most about them was the professionalism that was shown all along the process. Special call out to Ravi from the execution team. He was patient enough while I was iterating through some of the specs for the ladder and ready to accommodate all of the changes that was requested, while at the same time giving pointers and suggestions. He was also super responsive and there was not a single time when my call to him went un-answered and every single time he patiently listened to my requirements. The only thing I was not happy about was regarding the high Labour and transportation charges. I was charged more than Rs.3800 in Labour and transportation for a 2 man 2 hour job which I felt was on the higher side and not based on actuals. Other than that, very satisfied with MyCloudforest with the excellent coordination, planning and execution to makeover my balcony garden.Additional review details in response to the reply from owner below:I don’t agree to your comment that the labor charge includes backend work for the customized product. The only customized product in my order for which work was done prior to delivery was a wooden ladder for which you have charged me separately for the finished item. Now I could argue that the price for the said customized item was on the higher side if you compare it with some of the comparable ones available in other online sites, but given it was customized for my requirement the price could be justified for the final FINISHED product. Now if you are telling me that the price quoted for the customized item was only for raw materials and the labor component to make the finished item was grouped and charged separately, then I would question the high cost that you charged for the customized item. Hope this clarifies why I still feel the Labor and transportation charges were on the higher side.
