We then contacted them for the work for our hospital project, and they were brilliant with the design and thoroughly professional with the execution of the project. The director and chief architect Mr. Hitendra , and his entire team have worked professionally for time bound execution of our projects. Highly Recommended.

This is the most pathetic interior design company in Bangalore.These people have put a fake review in my fathers name (Rajesh Talesara) on their website, claiming that he has praised them for their work, which is completely false.In fact we feel this is the worst design company in the city.Their lead architect Mr.Hiten is incompetent and does not know how to lead a team. We had multiple issues with them while our house was getting constructed - there was no co-operation between his teams, and we had to suffer huge losses specially due to the incorrect marble and paint work. Despite the fact that his marble and stone work team was not doing their work properly, Mr.Hiten and his associates never bothered to rebuke the marble workers for their wrong doings. Even today we are facing issues related to stone work, as the marble and granite is falling and breaking from the walls, though its barely been one year since our house was ready. The painters did not even apply the minimum coats necessary (3 coats is compulsory for paint work), but Mr.Hiten did not do anything about this.We wanted our gym to have a transparent glass roof so that sunlight could seep in. These people have made such a glass roof that every time it rains, water comes inside the gym, spoiling all the machinery and tools!About 4 months back, rain water leaked into the electrical mcb unit in the wall ! Luckily, the mcb tripped so no damage was caused, but if it hadnt tripped,this could have resulted in a terrible accident like a fire or short circuit.In our balconies, during rains, the water instead of going into the drainage starts collecting near the wall, because the slope of the marble on the floor isnt set properly.When we complained to him about the various issues we were facing, he dismissed us by saying that these things were common and that he cant help the same.As a result of many such issues, we cancelled our contract with Kruti Architects and decided to not continue with them on our construction team.If you want good architects, DONT CHOOSE KRUTI ARCHITECTS.
