Choose it for long life living.Done a best quality constuction.Very nice society. Big swimming pool, indoor badminton court, table tennis room, squash court, gym and what not... All the facilities are here in the society. The security is also good. No one can enter unless the guard verifies his identity with you .

I have made the best decision to go with DNA OPULENCE for my future home.The OC was issued within 6 months of the possession.

I am resident of DNA Ariston, I am owner of 3 BHK apartment facing centre land which belongs to builder earlier, while purchasing it, marketing people mentioned that apartment facing centre land would not posses any ventilation problem. Now old builder had sold the centre land to new builder, the new building is coming very close to Ariston, this will create ventilation problem to resident of Ariston as well as new resident. For human beings proper ventilation, sunlight and water are mandatory, all the three are in trouble with this apartment, I strongly suggest to others not to buy apartment in DNA builder as well as from new builder. I strongly regret My decision of buying apartment from DNA builder.

Not sure who are the people who have voted 3*** n above but seems they are not residing in DNA apartment.Although DNA builder gave the possession within the promised timelines but its been more than 4 years he is failed to obtain OC from BBMP. From a laymans perspective I find it fishy because he had built the apartment with lot of deviation and BBMP is putting a huge penalty to allot the OC, hence he is running away from paying the penalty and simply lying to the residents.There are all sorts of issue which normally every apartments have but providing OC ontime is something every builders responsibility unlike Mr. Builder who himself consider him as VIP who doesnt have time to meet residents after he sell the property.

Negative - 1. No OC provided from the past 4 years of handing over the flats for occupency. Every time we approach him, he says another 3 months or elections or some or the other execuse by the Builder Mr Naveen Reddy. Offlate, he does not even meet residents on request.2. No landscaping of the property 3. No valid response on STP units validity. All this negativity overtake the wonderful project which had a huge scope of being a great place to live (I live here from 2014!!!)

DNA Builders does not keep commitments and does not take responsibility. Mainly OC is not provided for Ariston block from last 3 years and facilities are below par. STP and water issue is prevalent from a long time. Residents are suffering due to all these issues and now middle block is to be built by some other unknown non reputed builders. Quite a mess and hence unsatisfied with the way the builders are handling it.

Complex housing appartements. One more block Construction is yet to happen. Parking in cellar is provided for residents in all blocks. Visitor parking is available. All blocks have DG power backup and separate lifts. Common compound and security is provided. They have a sewage treatment plant and Childrens play area. Clubhouse consisting of swimming pool, TT tables, Squash Court and gim is available. Overall a good place to live in.

Nice place to live but public transport(auto) around this place has no fixed rates.
