Nice place and very well maintain, But no visitors parking biggest Problem have park 2 wheeler and cars on road side, Road also very narrow and busy.

I regularly visit for meetings with OEMs, only choice for food is Dominos with no other restaurants nearby

Building structure made like rubix so its named as Brigade rubix , near by to Peenya metro station and many companies have there offices in this building surrounded by greenery.

In peenya industrial area this a small tech park. Maximum hardware company, near about 400 small and mid size company is there.

If someone wants to go for Dominaz . Shld take back gate (aprox 1km) instead of entrance just opp to dominaz

Great location, walkable distance from Peenya Metro Station. Good for small businesses, some companies have taken multiple floors. No great food court available in the building and also near by as it is not in a typical office area. A lot of greenery surrounding the building. Elevators are a big minus in this building. They are of poor quality and often under repair. Visitor parking is very poor and are forced to park on the road.

A very vibrant place of Stay. Peaceful environment on the either side, metro is just 800 meters away. Theres Dominos in the ground floor. The pizzas here in this Dominos tastes better than any of the other ones.

Building facility is not good. For 11 floors more than 20 companies having only 3 lifts and most of the time 1 lift is not working. So need to wait long time for lift. Wash rooms are not properly maintained.

They have space for car parking, they asking Rs.100 for visitors car parking, some places in Bangalore collecting reasonable rate of Rs.20,they should consider the same rate.

It is Bussiness park, located near peenya industrial area, GMT town ship.it is best place for corporate companies.it contains companies like weir minerals etc. it is having good infrastructure, good cafeteria and only 500 meters distance from metro station.

Wonderful locality with full of greenary 360Degree.Very good transportation connectivity(except BMTC), near to NH. Good parking facility.

Building is very old. Food court should be improved. Lack of food variety. I heard some managers from the building took money to maintain only one canteen

This well facilitated commercial building where you can see very good parking facilities and other stuffs. Most of the space is yet to be occupied and the existing occupieds are more or less software companies and others.

Very Attractive Comercial and Business Building with orange and white color combination. As regular product of Brigade, Good build quality, maintained nicely. Has very much liked Dominos Pizza Here on side towards , watch factory road SBI ATM within Proximity on the other side. Good for creative bussiness and offices. There are very good options arround Brigade Rubix for residential flats for employees working in companys it has, some are like platinum city, Jalvayu Heights, Tata Aquila, Brigade Courtyard, and some Individual Appartments.
