As the name suggests. Its a Beautiful Residential Complex, completely covered with trees all around and holds the best of amenities any Clubhouse can offer. Not too many houses like the big apartments we usually see since its just a 4 floor structure.

I feel one of the good place to live !! the project has many trees within the premises and a lot of greenery which is really rejuvenating. also, they have good list of amenities for all age group.The staff were very kind and professional in guiding and addressing our concerns. since the project is from a reputed builder & ready to move in i think we can make our decision. Hope everything will be fine!!

Dont believe in 5 star reviews here. All are fake review. People who have purchased flats here have given it 1 star. This place stinks. Theres a solid waste recycle plant very near to the apartment (approx 200m). The garbage smell comes throughout the day and the officials at bren woods dont care about it. the marketing officials at bren woods sucks. they wont inform u about this. I was lucky to take a walk around the apartment from outside and find the recycle plant next to the apartment. dont buy flat here or else u will regret for rest of ur life.

Great location and a wonderful place to live in.

We bought an apartment in bren woods recently and we regret badly about our decision to buy this property. There are a group of irresponsible staff who are not at all interested in fulfilling the requirements of the customer once they sell the apartment. We were worried about the waste management plant near the property before buying the house, but we were promised and convinced by the agent that the plant will be shut before we move in. But now they are asking us to complain to the builders by ourselves. We were actually shocked to hear this.This was our first attempt to buy a new dream house and it has became a nightmare for us. Please dont buy this property.

Pls dont buy or rent into bren woods. Im an owner. Very very poor power backup system they have. Owners have to take individual actions to fix the issue while as a community there is no solution offered. Power trip happens everyday. You may have to run behind electricians to get this fixed. I personally have three ups running just to ensure wifi and computers runs without disruption. DG is just not good enough to supply power to the whole building. When power goes, backup will be on to selected household while others have to do it manually by following up with electricians. My sincere advice. Dont move in here.Other major cons-Unpleasant atmosphere due to nearby solid waste recycling plant-massive water clogging in basement car parking-no association formed-there is no community no network

Inside apartment everything is good. Bit location is not good I feel.In same cost we can get apartment near to city or anywhere where at least one shop is present.Nothing available within 5km.No bus or auto available to go to apartment. Only ur own vehicle or cab is last option.

All the 5 star reviews are fake and has been posted by Bren woods marketing officials. dont believe in it. Lucky me. I am not going to purchase a flat in Bren woods. This place is filled with garbage smell. The reason is theres a solid waste recycle plant very close to the apartment and it fills the apartment whole day. You will not be able to smell fresh air inside the apartment after a rainy day. I went to see the flat yesterday and luckily it was raining, the clever Marketing guys at bren woods didnt bother to inform me about garbage smell. They tried to dupe me saying the place is filled with greenery inside. But the greenery wont help u either when the stinking garbage smell comes after rain.

It was good community with almost 250 apartments. Great amenities provided. Ample parking space for residents & visitors. Open space & Full of greenery inside the campus. The structure of the apartments are well thought! Spacious, windy, sunny. The connectivity roads are little narrow & congested.

Very peaceful and green surrounding, flats with garden is a good concept gives you feeling of owning an individual house. Lots of amenities and quite environment. Only issue is the exterior paint which doesnt attracts or please eyes. should have stick with old choice of paint color. Overall good and developing area also its BDA approved locality.

Bren woods is not safe place to stay what we couldnt and cannot learn to live with is a poisonous, unsafe, unlivable and unbreathable atmosphere.The horror begins here.This place is located very close to a solid waste management plant. The open space and the greenery around it becomes useless since u cannot enjoy it due to the extremely toxic smell emanating from the waste management plant. The air is unbreathable and this is not limited to outdoors. We cannot keep the windows and doors open for even a second for it will take microseconds for the poisonous gas to enter our homes.Bren officials had never mentioned about this and you will notice this foul smell only once u start living here. The environment around is extremely toxic and not at all suitable for anyone, especially kids. I dont foresee any chances of this plant moving out from here in the near future.People have been duped and would advise others not to invest in this property

We had booked a flat in this project in 2014 at pre-launch stage. Things were going fine until Waste Management Plant set-up by BBMP became operational. Foul smell emanates from this plant regularly which impacts the quality of life of very adversely. Bren can do much more than they have done so far in their attempt to find a solution to this issue.Shortage of water is another problem that the residents are struggling with. Considering that there are no other apartments nearby, four out of five bore-wells dug by Bren should not have gone dry. Bren is yet to take concrete steps to understand the root cause of the problem so that some solutions could be worked out.

I have been living here for like 4 months as the owner of one of the flat and I have not had good experiences with this place. I am really sad to tell that this place is not at all healthy for living. You might be thinking of living here because it is not near the hustle and bustle of the city but that might be the worst choice as there is a BBMP plant very near to this place. Approximately its 500 meters away and this is not even a bit good for us. You can find all the information on the internet and you will get to know about all the harmful thing this plant can do. You can easily experience the smell in the society premises and it feel disgusting. With all the things read, I can assure you that this plant has the potential to gift you with a life time disease. I suggest you that you should not live at his place as life has more importance than anything else in the world. I think that booking this flat was wrong decision.

Over all the project and the amenities are very good. The environment is very peaceful having lots of greenery.But the two main concerns are; the foul smell from the near by Waste Management Plant and the Water Crises.When we booked the property, the marketing team said the Waste Management Plant is completely closed and the smell is coming as they are cleaning up the left over dumps.And regarding the water, they said; there wont be any water problem as there are five Borewells and there is near by lake which provides good source of ground level water.But all these information were wrong.Waste Management Plant is still functional, emitting poisonous smell every day and is a major health hazard for families residing here.Also the borewells are completely dried up. There was never ever more than two borewells working.The only source of water is water tanker. Daily around 10-11 water tankers are consumed.Please reevaluate and confirm before purchasing property here.

My Honest Review after Staying in Bren Woods for an year now, gather some time to read it :).When I took the property, Bren Sales Team introduced me to Bren Woods. He explained everything nicely about the property and was very responsive. The Greenery and Peace all around the society is the best part of this place.After Staying here for an year now, the negatives and positives are as follows:Negatives:Bren Sales team told lie about the non functional Waste Management Plant, it is functioning currently. The Foul Smell from Plant is unbearable at times, we have to close all doors and windows to save ourselves from the smell. We are protesting against the functioning of it.Bren Sales team told lie about 4 functional Bore Wells. Although they seem to be responding to our queries and trying to help. They have got geologist on the society and got the water source to further help us to get the functioning bore-wells before handing over the Maintenance.Bren Sales team didnt respond on the phone after the disbursement from Bank. There was a big communication gap left by Sales team between Bren Management and Bren Woods Residents.Positives:Bren Maintenance Team responsiveness is Kudos worthy. They have been so helpful throughout this time. Whatever problems I have faced till now, they are all resolved by them in time. The way they have managed the Amenities all through this time is so amazing and impressive. No once can complain there. Mr Umakanth, Mr Krishna Babu, Mr. Gopi and Mr. Sathya and all the people from Maintenance team, All Claps to you guys. Great Great Work.The peace and Greenery around the society is a big positive. Its lovely being here till the time Smell from Waste Management plant enters the premises.That is all I have for now. Will come back and update once I have more.

There is a waste management plant nearby that makes living here next to impossible. The smell that the waste management plant creates is adversely impacting the entire neighborhood and all resident are miserable because of this. No one from sales would be in a position to help once sale is done so take your decision wisely and not fall prey to false promises

Amazing stay so far since more than a year.

I have purchased a flat in bren woods recently. There is a solid waste recycling plant very close to the appartment. You will constantly smell stinking garbage smell throughout day and night. Initially When i had came to inquire about the flat, the marketing officials didnt botherd to update me about close approximity of garbage re-cycle plant. This is just unethical and very wrong. Secondly, the greenry inside the appartment doesnt help to cover the smell either. This is health hazard. The Flats are good and the price is okay. But think about the locality before purchasing flat here. None of the officials at bren woods care or bother to do something about garbage stinking smell.

The area is very good, calm and green. Optimum area for residential. Project is very good.

Starting with Shubham and Avinash from the sales team, Subba Reddy and Aravind from the CRM/Legal team, Gopi and Umakant from the Civil team and all others have been really awesome and clinical with their respective work. I am really happy with the way things have happened so far and would strongly recommend it to all the readers. As a society it is excellent with serene ambience and all amenities are of top notch. Waste treatment plant is nearby less than 500 mtrs and pungent smell from this plant has been affecting residents badly especially in early morning, evening and night time. Sales team will give wrong info, they dont care about customer satisfaction.

The aminities and trees planted in and around the appartment is beautifully MADE.Need to change the review with the uttermost foul smell in the near by places. But builder has told they will help in sorting out the same. Its Bren woods.Beside that builder has provided all the aminities with everything handed over nicely.
