My two door fridge was not having any cooling.I called Mohammad Ali at 4:00PM and he arrived at 7:00PM and carried his work till 9:00PM patiently till it worked properly and explained the customer all the required information. Also he gave a follow up next day to check if the cooling was proper which turned me into happy and satisfied customer.Totally happy with the service and the charges were reasonable and he explained charges for each and every work he did. He is very professional and courteous. Got my refrigerator repaired (because of water accumulation) at a very less price. He diagnosed the problem in no time and fixed it within 10 minutes.In July 2021 I availed their service once more as the refrigerator was not giving any cooling effect. He fixed fixed the issue by replacing the compressor. The charge was very legitimate (given that the default compressor was more than 10 years old and the refrigerator was off for last 8 months).I shall certainly recommend to avail their service.

I was a little impressed with Mr Ali the minute he said Ill be there in half an hour as against LG service center folks who said theyll try to come today.When he did come, he seemed knowledgeable and thorough, not jumping to conclusions, but diagnosing proficiently and providing the resolution. He changed the pipe and refilled gas bring life to my completely dead fridge. Then when another problem appeared, he agreed to fix again and even followed up with me until he came again and fixed it and didnt ask for more money either. Yes, it shouldve ideally been fixed fully first, but I guess sometimes other issues creep in and the true test is to see how someone reacts to those.Now my fridge is working like there was never any problem, which makes me extremely happy with Mr Alis service and post service support. Hence I have to give 5 stars here.
