I hv purchased LG LED TV 43UP7550 on 13/8/21. Sales person Ambarish assured to deliver tv in time and to organize to fix in time.Even they have not delivered TV as promised. After following so many times delivered TV. Next another headache to follow fixing person. Today 15/8/21 4.30PM, no one has come to fix TV.Dont purchase any items in this shop as service is very worst

Not the best place at all. It’s sheer sugar coated sweet talk till you pay. Thereafter, they don’t believe in politeness and of course, for Mr Ambarish, a salesman there Customer is definitely NOT God. In fact, he himself is!!A defective product (microwave) was delivered. Of course, they agreed to replace it BUT at their convenience. No regard for a customer who has paid. Loud and rude on the phone, the same Mr Ambarish. Only kept giving excuses and justifying the delay. Also tried to tell me how another customer who paid more ( obviously, for an entirely different product, a refrigerator) had to be given preference.My first LG product... just received, yet to be installed and I’m already disappointed.No more LG for me and definitely not the shop at Indira Nagar, LG Videotronics.

Nice people. Best rates. Mr Raju was the salesperson for me. He explained well and provided with best rates. Arranged delivery very next day on our request though they had many deliveries scheduled. Due to so many deliveries there was small glitch in time slot & my society rules but he followed up with delivery guy very promptly and almost 15 times and get the product delivered. Their delivery guy was also quite humble and had all basic knowledge about the product. Overall worth buying from this store & happy with service.

Single brand Shop. Didnt seem like company operated shop for customers to experience products. Found a decent numbers of refrigerators and TVs on display. Shop executives were keen to explain the company products. The offered prices though appeared to be about on the higher side compared to multi-brand outlets.

Purchased a Washing Machine and got it shipped to my home town.. They helped me ship it till my transportation agency and even finished the transportation formalities for meAfter product had reached my home town, I gave them a call and they arranged for an installation within 48 hrs in my home town where there is no LG service center.. So really happy and they have helped me solve my problem and without any issue I have been able to get the machine in my home town.. This was around 2 months back, now recently there was some small leakage in the machine and when I had called them they again got some one to come from LG , check and rectify it within no time..They assured me of best after sales service and I got the same till now.. Hope I get the same level in the future as well..!!

Dont buy from here. Worst purchase experience. I had bought an AC as the salesperson said installation would be done by LG after paying installation charge of 799. However, the installation was done by some local service guys from S S Air conditioner who were untrained and unprofessional. LG Shoppe is not LGs own brand store; its franchisee and Videotronics is the dealer. Dont be fooled by them!
