Comfold wall bed was the perfect addition to our relatively smaller guest room. The wall bed cum study table is sturdy and makes our room looks more spacious. Special mention to Deepthi and Jyotish who accomodated all our requests and helped in getting the bed delivered on time. A remarkable feature is the balance of the study table.We need not remove the objects kept on it while folding it. All the objects will remain as is even while we convert it to bed and back to study table.The height adjustable centre table also allows us to sit in the sofa and work. This is very helpful to us as both of us are working and it is convenient for us to take calls and work meetings virtually from different rooms. Watching tv and working is also one of the perks if you are good at multitasking.

We have done our other houses interior with different people. The quality and finishing of Comfold are top notch. Its been one year, so far there is no problem, and even they come and fixed a small problem after a year.We have assembled the folding cot, this is the best looking and an excellent quality cot anywhere you can find in the market.I highly recommend anyone to go with Comfold if you dont want to compromise finishing and quality at your home.

I have done full 3BHK interiors with comfold with a total order value of over 10L. The furniture quality is excellent and is fully customizable. The fitting, finish and sturdiness is superb. They can deliver the project as promised without any compromise. I have not seen any cost cutting they have tried in any of my furniture. In many big furnitures they could have easily gone for thinner plywood boards but to my surprise they had given thicker plywood than that what I was expecting. This made the funiture very sturdy.Comfold designer Ratheesh had done an excellent job in designing everything perfect so that we did not end up with design errors and reworks.Project Manger was Sreenish who has helped in delivering the end product exactly as the design. He was always quality focused and has never asked me to compromise on anything. He has worked day and night to co-ordinate all activities and he ensured that I am fully satisfied with the end product. At no point of time he has said please try to adjust with what we have given or this is all what we can do. He always tried to rectify minor issues which I had reported in the best possible way eventhough few of them were causing loss to the company.The only limitation I saw with Comfold is they do not have a dedicated project engineer to visit the site and evaluate the progress and issues and rectify issues without customer directly involving. In my case I had to find and report issues and track it.

Purchased extendable dining table and top lift coffee table, products are extremely effective solutions to smaller living rooms, Chandni from Silk Board, Bangalore showroom guided us throughout the journey and helped us optimize the space issue through the right choice of products. She was professional throughout and helped us navigate through in choosing colours, coordinating with delivery guy and made the entire journey seamless .

Worst after sales service for a premium price. I purchased an extendible table and that stopped working after an year. Now they tell me they dont have enough manpower to repair the product in kerala even though they have an outlet in kerala, funny. Dont be fooled

Negative Rating, they dont deserve any rating.Comfold gives no respect and priority to customers. Customers for Comfold is just like joke, no one receives call and bother to respond. We gave our interior work to them and finally after having delay in production, installation started in the month of April 2021, which is still going on, seriously its been more than 4 months. Daily same excuses Carpenters are on leave. Lets see when our work will be finished.Their worst ever designers Nazeer Fabin, Gayathri(Dont reply that they left Comfold), spoiled our design and now we are facing numerous issues in installation because of these people. Oh yes, management people, we were in touch with Basith(he never respond after receiving payment).We would have done our work with local carpenter instead of Comfold. Dont ever prefer Comfold for any work or purchase, the only thing you will get is MENTAL HARASSMENT.They dont have any Policy, ask them what is 45 days policy, after full payment they will say we dont have any such policy. Never make full payment and be aware about all the cheats they are doing with customers. I will attach the photos soon.

They have wonderful space saving solutions and the quality of their products are excellent. The Wall Bed build is sturdy, and the design is both elegant and ergonomic. They do have great customer service too, one of the best and dependable team.

Extremely unhappy with Comfold , i am chasing them for the last 4 months to complete the execution. Totally disappointed , they have asked the entire amount , and never bothered to pick calls or respond . Biggest regret is to chose them for the Interior , poor execution and timeliness .

It has been a horrible experience with Comfold . I had booked interior for my Kitchen in Feb 21 and still waiting for it to get finished. Everytime they give some reason for not completing the work and nobody takes responsibility for the work. One you make the full payment then you have to keep on following with them without any response or with some stupid reason for the delay. I would not suggest anyone to get the Interior done with them as no one takes responsibility in the company.

Mr.Sineesh, Project Head explained every little thing in detail and was always ready to help. They also have a very efficient team of people who are easy to work with and understand our requirements so well. I reached out with very high hopes. But disappointed. They said they will deliver product in 10 days. Now still waiting on 25th day. Hugely let down as now I dont have a table to serve the guests I have invited in 2 days from now! Nobody responds when you call, or gives a vague response, or switches off the phone!. And they have taken a full 100 percent advance. 1 star given for the products displayed. I am sure I wont he a repeat customer for them.Edit: Finally received it nearly a month after booking. Though it was not of the same color nevertheless I got one so at peace.

When I visited their store and met Mr. Sineesh he accepted every input I gave and assisted me in realising the whole bedroom concept itself. Now that very room has become the showstopper of the house when guests come over! I even visited their factory which had cutting edge machinery. They have some really good pieces but the variety is less. I liked one dinning table wanted it with different laminate color but wasnt available. Similarly if you like some color n style its not available in that design.

The staff is helpful and mentioned that some of these items can be Customized. Their factory is located at Hoyni. And they have another outlet in Kochi.

Smart furniture, I expected more latest designs but most of them are old technology. Built quality are good compared to others. They have good options for quick buying loose furniture like additional store rack, study table. Adding more smart space saving ready to fix items would have been good. Some smart accessories should also be added .

After-sales service is too poor.Project design and execution is good but after that, if you have any issue no one comes and checks and has a look to rectify the issue. They give 10 years warranty but not even responding back in the first 6 months.We have taken interiors for our home renovation, including full kitchen one sliding wardrobe and one swing wardrobe. There is a horrible smell coming from the kitchen and wardrobes if we open the doors, this also causing eye burning. This might be due to the type of gum they used in the factory but no one is responding if I call to their customer care.Based on my experience Comfold after sales service is very too bad and unresponsive.

Fantastic and innovative furniture. Should be given 5 but I rate it 4 only because of the cost of the furniture. If you go tables then you wont get anything under 5,000 and 10,000 rupees. Apart from that the furniture is really remarkable quality and it supports the Make in India campaign. It uses simple machines to make some great quality furniture.

Comfold has been amazing for me. I must say every customer touch point with them has been great. From sales (Mr. Shaan), to planning n project management (Mr. Sandeep), to design (miss Yoga and team) to finally implementation and execution ( Mr Salim and team). Phenomenal work by them all in building out my walkin cupboard in the masterbedroom, utility cabinets in the kitchen and the space saving bed and cupbiards in my daughters room.

Design is super.. Problem with quality.. I was not able to judge it properly. As the material surface is full wood and down its mdf.. Generally where ever mdf I dont prefer. But design was great.. They are very good in beds. Less or no customization.

I heard about SMART FURNITURE in many places but COMFOLD shows me whats really SMART FURNITURE, I was really excited. I had purchased their INVISIBLE BED which gives me more space in my bedroom

We bought one extendable dining table with 6 chairs last year from. comfold, silk board Bangalore. with in a month we observed cracks over paints and many areas paint started peeling off. we raised concern many times on the shop but no response . they do so much advertising and campaign but the quality is very poor and customer response is very poor. Though they got new technology to support space crunch but quality is very very poor.Inspite their response in FB forum that they will address our queries But no one turned back till now . A good company always try to improve and address quality issue but they are least bother about it.I would not recommend any products from comfold where while selling they tell life time service and once you bought the product they tell only warranty on mechanism. Please stop fooling customer...😪😪
