Bought Artis UPS for wifi router from this shop. At the time of purchase, they said, it will give 3.5 hours backup if you connect only wifi router. Initially, it gave 1.30 mins backup, after a month, it started giving only 20 mins.I gave it for service, they kept the product with them for a week, but did not do any service and returned the same . When I ask them, then they are saying that, it will give only 20 mins. They gave false promises while purchasing. I do not recommend this shop to buy any kind of product. This is not a fake review. I have the bill of the product.

I have known this place for years and I have never been disappointed here. The owner is ever helpful and also has a huge collection of electronic products and spares. One of the very few shops in Bangalore where if they dont have something that you need will either procure it for you on request or if you are short on time then guide you to the right place to get it. Unlike most shops who will say they dont know where to get it.5 stars for customer service :)

FRAUD ALERT!!! FAKE BILL NUMBER - 381Ive been Born and brought up in JP nagar and this is my review....He tried to cheat me with a cheap FAKE HDMI cables. I wanted to shut down the shop but didnt have the time or the patients. If anybody goes through this issue please revert back and I will take serious action since Im from the HUMAN RIGHTS DEAPARTMENT FAMILY. I WILL TAKE ACTION.

This is one of the worst shop ever known. The shop is a cheater. Cheats people and grabs money for repairs and new stuff. Also talks very rudely. Avoid going here. One of the worst experience of life.
