I had purchased a dishwasher on 22nd June. We got a broken product delivered after 3 days. Then, the replacement product never arrived up to 11 days.Finally we had to cancel the purchase. However, we still havent received the money back, neither the faulty device is picked from my house till date. Its taking enormous space and causing a lot of inconvenience. Please pick the junk device ASAP(today). Else, pay daily rental for the days its been lying here since the day of purchase.Your bl00dy customer care team disconnects the call every time. They dont know how to behave !The bl00dy comment below, is just an eyewash. These m0r0ns really do not take any action. They havent taken the fault device back in 20 days. They havent refunded my money back yet.

Mr. Avinash, was simply wonderful. His professional knowledge of the gadgets was amazing, besides being very polite and helpful. He made all the difference to our shopping experience. Strongly recommend this outlet.

They have posted that the shop opens at 10.30 am.I am standing infront of this shop and it has not opened ...it is 10.45 am now...----------------------Its now 11.22 am. Its almost 1 hr. Still no one opened the shop. I am standing in the sun infront of the shop since last 1 hour. I called the installation person and he patched me to one who said he has not come to the shop since he went for a customer visit. How come IFB shut a shop and go for a customer visit...this is ridiculous....This person said he will come in 10 mins. It has been 20 mins and no one has come.I purchased 6.5kg item white color on mar 30 which was 3 days ago. They said they will deliver the next day. However I kept on following up but yet the delivery has not happened. The person Varun who was in the sales is not answering the call as wellAlso the item they sold in the shop costs more than what is available online. A better model than what I purchased is available at a lesser cost online.

Very helping staff and helps you with all your requirements whatever you have. Just that at times the spares are not there but they get it in time and they do get it when they say they would. IFB washing machine detergent and tub clean powder available at the store with other spares... For all your needs of the IFB products

As good as buying online on the IFB website. The store is just to view the products in person, ordering, payment etc is all done on the website itself.

The person in showroom could have shown a little more interest...

After purchase they send technician at their own convenient time for installation. In my case, they rescheduled for the following day without any prior notice.They promise to come by noon, dont turn up until evening. Pathetic serviceIf you expect great customer experience, Go for Bosch / Haier or any other, DEFINITELY NOT IFB

They confuse to the core. I Did not find them be truthful or genuine in telling the prices and discounts. Not sure , why they are doing like this.

Good shop but no customer care. I went there for oven and a washing machine almost selected the model but it was not in stock. I told the sales man to call me on the next day to confirm the order, till today no one called regards this very much disappointed

Must visit store for any Home Appliance requirement. Also, virtual demo available of products explaining how they work.

Came to visit the store, but the store isbopen from outside and its locked from inside no one is available in the store ... But it states store is open till8:30pm... Very dissapointed

Went there to check for a dishwasher. The place was open, with the lights on. But, the person who was in the store was absconding. Needless to say, they lost a customer

Except Bajaj Finserv, no way to get products on EMI on credit card in this store.Better buy online. You get 1000rs discount + EMI option on all credit cards. IFB Helpline number and service is just Ok. Below average strictly.

VERY POOR QUALITY OF IFB MACHINESI possess one 5.5 kg front loading digital washing machine of IFB make.It has become a very painful journey to me with this IFB washing machine. It is conking off every fortnight. Though I have taken AMC, the average time to restore it is 1 month. My AMC started from June2016 . Already the machine has failed four times. We have hardly used the machine for 20 days during 90 days period.What is the fun in having AMC ( Annual Maintenance Contract)?Every time the service engineers come and go with a prescription. Next what happens I donot know, without our follow up they will not even turn up /call us back.VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY POOR QUALITY IFB WASHING MACHINEI WISH TO TAKE UP WITH CONSUMER FORUM FOR THIS POOR QUALITY SERVICE
