I have worked as an intern here .And at 1st, they were like if you make 100 calls and generate 2-5 sales everyday, we will pay you ₹2000 per month as stipend and ₹20000 if you do well and after 10 days they will blame you with some useless points and tell that the management is very upset with your work and all ,even if you did everything what they told you.So dont work here not even as an intern.According to my past experience I can tell you its a complete waste of time.

I have worked at Yes Property for about a year up until 2019 & let me say that it is one of the coolest companies I have worked for in 4 years of my career in terms of work pressure. I do not like to give reviews but I have to share my experience..Although being into sales, there was no to very little work pressure here as opposed to other competitor companies in this industry. In fact, due to my accident, I couldnt travel & meet my targets for 3 consecutive months but the Company was very supportive & gone out of their way to provide me a helping hand in my hefty medical bills for compound fracture where most companies in such situations lay off let alone helping with personal medical bills..I am really thankful to my ex Manager Joe & Founder Mr. Ankit for helping me in my tough times. I had to unfortunately leave as I was relocating but I will always cherish my time spent here. I would recommend it as very good & comfy place to work for especially females as they provide more perks for ladies. Do not give a second thought if you get an opportunity here. Go for it!

Never book a property through Yes Property. They say that they do have offers to the customer from yes property if a booking is made through them. They say that offer would be discussed in detail during the time of booking. But they remain silent during booking and after that your calls will never be answered. They dont give a damn for your emails, calls and texts. Also, you never get any benefit in the booking too. You can negotiate with the builders urself. Finally, you get no gain from them.

3rd class fraud company.. never attend calls nor reply back to text message / E-mails once the booking is done through them. never entertain them in any of your deals while booking property...

This Yes Property is one the worst ever company (to be very precise A Monarch work culture based company) known to me. I have never came across such a pathetic work culture in my entire work career. 1 star is more than they deserve. The sales team across levels gives false commitment without consulting the developer which change 360 degree when sit for finalisation. Cant trust their words.

Without knowing about Yes property, I have booked the property through these people.i am following up from last 8 months and received my referral credit which is promised by them.My mails, calls are not answered, when you cant keep your promise.You took the referral from builder and sharing part as promised by you.This is not fair and one day you will loose your reputation in the market.

They had promised us a certain amount that will be given when we complete booking with them but no such commitment is competed by them as of now. All we receive in the update is that they are yet to receive their commission from the builder. I would say please be aware of their false promises and choose wisely.

I am working with this company from past 3 months seriously I love the way of working and the environment in the office is really good. I never thought to leave this company and join other one but I will try my level best what I can give to this company.

I called to the given number in the website, one lady pickup the call. i just asked for Chennai marketing team contact number, but she didnt even responded properly and said she will send the number, for past 1 hour i tried to reach her AGAIN AND AGAIN, in call and message, she is ignoring the call but not picking up the calls or not responding in the message too. 1st impression is the worst impression. please dont encourage such a employee in your office and spoil the brand name. plese remove this kind of irresponsible employee contact number from the web page.[giving 1 star that too, im not able to post until i give this star] atlest some responsible employee help me in giving the chennai branch number.

They are the most fraudulent channel partners. Their Sales team representatives promise cashback and once the deal is done, dont receive your calls, if they occasionally answer they promise to call you back in 2 mins which never happen and if you follow up , your number is blocked. We booked an apartment at Kolte Patils Mirabilis. Dont ever fall to their trap.

I want to give a strong review regarding this company.1. There is no proper policy in this company2. They promise you for incentives, but you have to give 10 X more revenue than your salary only then you get the incentives and even that is not a promise.3. There are lot of mal practices happening in the company due to which their reputation is completely spoilt.4. In future if you resign in this company and join some other, if you show mention your experience in this company, your recruiter will simply decline your job, because of the repuratrer of this company. So the experience in this company will not count as well.Worst place to work, worst people to deal with!!!
