Remote area no medical shops.. no proper shops or hotels near by.. cabs always cancel ..

Does upkar meadowns at E-City has any association? can anyone reply please. Seems the owners themselves have to take the responsibility of maintenance.

Recently visited the property and I am happy for the serenity experienced. Great community putting all efforts to make this the best place. Ignore the negative comments.

Nice layout outside the city. Near to Jigani and electronic city. Biocon permanent employees can try. No bus facilities as of now. Roads, parks inside the layout yet to be constructed. Need more infrastructure. Futuristic place

What was the price going now in this layout anyone tell me the price

I brought 1 site in 2015 at around 20 lakhs. upkar meadows employee Mr. Venkat Reddy who told me very good about this ventures and its appreciation value now stopped taking calls. Initially he was attending phone calls now for few years when i asked him to sell the property he completed blocked my no.

Not suitable for residence, I bought a site for Rs.1200 ten years back, people are asking for Rs.1200-1300/- . Does not make any sense. No development at all.Lost my money by investing in this layout. These people have no brain, someone buried three people in the middle of layout. That reduced asking price further.

The building is good and all the rooms and spacious and kitchens with closed shelves. Good airiness. But the location is so isolated. Not easy to commute to and from this place.

Purchased a plot over here recently. Hoping that once the Metro starts running, area will improve. we will get the value for re-sale.

Amenities and the property are not maintained well by developer. Most of sites are vacant though few building are being constructed. Not changed much in last 5 years. Location wise, it is too much inside the electronics city with narrow access road.

Its a decently located layout. Under rated because of lesser houses build and poor show up of builder. Builder has ignored the layout post complete plots sold.

I own a plot in the layout. Hence this review is genuine. Developer never delivered amenities as promised during the purchase. Layout is in bad condition. Residents have to take up the development work in their own hands after being betrayed by Upkar.

I am really surprised that these kind of developers still continue to exist. Upkar Estates, located in Jayanagar is a fraud developer to the core. Big promises in the beginning and nothing at the end. Once you have paid money, they dont even receive your phone calls. There are many cases of cheating against this developer.I strongly suggest you to go for some other developer.

Remote area... everything is away from here... I once have been to there searching for flat.. it was just besides big jungle.. and no other tanent in home.. the owner stays in Arab.. I was afraid.. I caught a road from electronics city which was bad too

Dont go by the negative reviews here, always do your due diligence. The problems stated are mostly unsubstantiated. Upkar meadows is surrounded by well developed projects such as Arbors by the lake, Celebrity Grandeur, Harmony, Serenity & Golden treasure. There are hundreds of families residing in these neighborhood layouts.However Upkar meadows plots are mostly owned by NRI software engineers as a result fewer houses and under appreciation. Its only a matter of time that the true potential is unlocked. Once the houses come up the maintenance will improve and be on par with other layouts. By that time the prices will have gone up too!

Already many people have given many negative and bad reviews and I am also completely agree with all the bad reviews as all reviews are completely true. So never ever even think of dealing with Upkar.

Pros- Green layout you can see lot of wild tress, plants and birds.Cons.- Bad roads, no proper dust bins in the layout for waste disposal(some time stinks). Layout is in a remote area . Only two decent shops are available near by. No super markets, pharama shops or doctor. ( You have to travel to Jigani, Bommasandra or neeladri road to stock up your inventory ). No public transportation or ola when you needed the most.( Ola you will get in working hours) No food panda / swigy / domino pizza coverage.Suitable for people whose office located in electronic City , Jigani link road. And willing to take above risks.

This place stinks with factory pollution. I have a site here, came to India and visited in Jan 2018 to find that every evening very bad smell spreads across the layout. Spoke to villagers nearby found that this happens usually in the nights.Even TMC started dumping garbage nearby land. It will start smelling soon. Thinking of selling off and no buyers. Stuck for life.

This review is for people who are looking to buy a resale plot in upkar meadows..the layout surrounding is a village every evening the Biocon will release its gas through the chambers it stinks very badly you just cant live a peaceful life there and people who stay there dont prefer to use borewell water bcoz its very contaminated they buy water cans for drinking purpose from different locality even bore water is supplied through tankers from other localities..you have money buy in different place even if its costly no issue you will lead a peaceful life if u invest your money here and build a house then you will suffer..people who r staying in this locality have told me there nightmare stories I myself was about to buy a plot but changed my mind after meeting the residents there..if Ur investesting in the property u will never get returns here..people r looking to sell and run away..still if u want to buy its ur wish but do verify my points with the residents before purchasing a plot..

Club house and swimming pool promised by Upkar at meadows layout has not been delivered even after requesting by the owners association repeatedly. Request upkar estates to keep up the promises they made while selling the plots. There are no legal issues but this is yhe only issue we are facing.

Upkar Meadows is very huge layout which consists of 700+ plots, Recently it covered under Town Municipal Council and within 2 years directly it comes under BBMP Limits .Some strangers without having proper knowledge posted wrong over viewed on maintenance aspects .Rest all maintenance( garden, street lights, parks up keep, road taring etc etc) activities comes under the government head,Upkar Management failed to keep up their promise in 2 things i.e Swimming Pool, Club housewhen compare to other layouts in E city, Jigani . I Vote Upkar is best in all aspect .

I had purchased a 1080 per sqt plot in upkar meadows on October 2013, the complete layout is now under very bad shape, no proper roads, shrubs and weeds are grown on the road side. Right now Upkar has submitted the layout to the Jigani TMC. Upkar had promised club house and swimming pool, which is still not visible in the layout. Infact upkar had taken two years maintainence charges during the registration time and i dont see a single penny spent on the maintenance of the layout. Infact the shrubs and weeds are grown so much that only two wheelers pass through the roads in our part of the layout. Please think twice before investing in Upkar.

Place is maintained very shabily. Parks are not maintained at all.
