Decent apartment on Begur Road

We had been there to see a flat on sale. The building is located in front of a triangular road junction. There are shops nearby. We liked the flat and the price was also quite attractive. We could not go ahead with the purchase because the building doesnt have No Objection Certificate from Government Authorities due to deviation. It will be very difficult to sell the flat in future because no Bank will finance an unauthorised building.
