Lovely place to live in

Seepage in many apartments, inside and outside. Weekly public shaming of one resident by another on the online forum (about dirt falling from upper floor balconies, about neighbors dogs barking, about disturbance/furniture dragging from above floors, dog poop odor, cigarette smoke odor, and wrong parking). Problematic electrical wiring causing 1) MCBs to go bust every 2-3 years and 2) damage to electronic devices. Voltage stabilizers and/or surge protectors are a must. Hard water (TDS of 1000) causing damage to geysers, making taps look old, requiring regular plumbing maintenance. RO purifiers are a must - they too need regular maintenance due to poor water quality. Showerhead water softeners are recommended to prevent hair damage. Dishonest plumbing staff - procuring substandard/used hardware and resorting to price gouging. Residents are forced to buy hardware themselves than rely on these staff. Confusing flat numbering causing visitor notifications/couriers to go to wrong flats - creates disturbance, often waking you up early morning. Unfriendly/Aloof neighbors, money/status craving careerists. Residents pretending to be pandemic experts, posting ridiculous opinions on the forum. Reminds me of American Beauty - superficial beauty (both the building and the people), emptiness on the inside. Security guards keep changing every few months. Security guards restroom looks like a war zone. Close to many shops/banks.

The people here have no problem taking pictures of you in your own apartment. Happened to us when qe were living there. The management is good for nothing, the president cares about nothing and if your are not old people ,like in your 40s, there are gonna do everything they can to make you feel unwelcomed. Also they have problems with dog, they dont say so, but they do.I lived with my brother in law and sister.

Great society

Its a great place to be trust me..The society is amazing and they have all kinds of security services..The parking facility is also pretty awesome all the ground floor is parking and the kids will be pretty happy as they have a small cricket playing place and a park where football can be played also all kinds of swings for little children..The place is named forest hills as the buildings are aspen as for A and birch as for B and cedar as for C..They have club house facility and a little gym with some equipments not all..Also have a pool to cool you off on days you feel the heat..Peace

Good property, old one but spacious & nice community. Theres a play n pool area. Small area though. Mygate is being used. Visitor Parking inside. Lifts are bit old but works fine. A standard 3bhk is well spacious n planned. Ventilation is good. Psgikns are a menace for balcony. Utility area good enough for washing Utensils n Clothes n RO provision.Near to supermarkets n Mc Donalds. On the road. You might miss the turn at times.

The view is really good from here. Specially the sunsets are a sight.. Relaxation after a great day

A residential complex located on a busy thoroughfare but at the same time building blocks are away from the road. Hence theres no disturbance from traffic. Well maintained with all the amenities such as swimming pool, gym, party hall, power backup, covered car parking, visitors parking area etc., with breathtaking views to those residing in upper floors. Decent restaurants, supermarkets are just within walking distance.

Nice place inside the gates. With a bunch of trees and a nice pool. But getting there is kinda difficult. Traffic issues, as is with most parts of Whitefield.

The society is a great place to stay in if you have your office in prestige shantiniketan or ITPL ..gated, with all necessary amneities, open spaces for you to play football and cricket and even a coach who teaches your kids the same. The place around the society is good and not too pricey.. try out the golis vadapav or the samosas round the corner from the society...must haves when you around the place.

Well maintained society . All kind of amenities are present.

This building can be treated as a local landmark around Kadugodi bus stand vicinity, though number of other buildings have been constructed recently. Because of its near vicinity to the ITPL tech park and adjacent tach parks in Whitefield area, the area around NFH have been flourished/developed at a very rapid pace. And coming to the building, it is situated near the national highway. So the commute to work is very easy. We can either go via ITPL-KR Puram road or Hope Farm - Whitefield road. And we have access to Old Madras Road also to access the CBD area. Whitefield railway station is nearby. And access to airport is also convenient. Talking about the amenities, it has a beautiful swimming pool, cricket pitch, a well maintained lawn with childrens playing area, well equipped gym and library. Medication centre with indoor game room which include a table tennis board and a pool table. The whole building is guarded with Security personnel and CCTV round the clock.
