Invested in Nitesh British Columbia and the project now is cancelled. Allotted apartments without getting prior approvals, project delayed and finally cancelled. Still waiting for the refunds. Please think twice before investing your hard earned money.

Project is located in Bellandur main road.But but it is delayed for over 7 years and still no sign of completion.Waste of money.

It is worse builder . Watched their flats nothing is upto mark and builder is rude. I have heard this project has been delayed for more than 5 years.
