Very good locality and easy Accessible apartment complex very near to ORR but no gardens/landscapes are there inside.

Fantastic place, groomed locale, maintained societial needs, and safe place. The place has a swimming pool at the top floor as well. The flats are spacious too.

Descent society to live with your family. Average rent for a 2BHK is 21k to 23k excluding maintaince.Prime location on the outer ring road and just in front of Bagmane World Technology Center.All the facility available nearby.

After staying here for more than an year, the only pros is accessibility. Cons are no proper maintenance, drastic power fluctuation, parking slots are very narrow, the construction is halted on the ground floor and one of the lift is not installed still, overall not worth for money.

The apartment is spacious and great. It has the facility of swimming pool on the rooftop.

This is one of the upscale places of Banglore, and building is awesome, great space for parking, whatever u want buy, rent is available here that is the best part, and yes View from the flats from higher stories will entertain u, overall good for Engineers, Doctors and business man coz it will be costly for normal people.

Guys, have you ever been in the night mare of traffic under Mahadevapura bridge? At times, under the bridge no vehicle moves in any direction. If you are going to live at Nester Harmony, that will be your way to school/office/business. Just imagine, how much traffic nester harmony alone will add to this chicken-neck service road? There are lot many small builders inside Chinappa/Gangappa layout near readying their apartments. Would you be able to live? Bangalore anyway has become a shittiest city on the planet. While talking in the office the other day, one friend said, Bangalore is a Polished Bihar.

Except the visitor parking, no complaints about the place!

Owners in this society try to run it like tenants dont mean anything. They dont give tenants parking, not allowed to play music in parties & charge huge maintenance with no amenities. Looks like they dont pay any maintenance themselves and get all maintenance from tenants. Then for every function come begging for donation. Not a good place to rent.
