It is situated on ground floor of the apartment. Office interior is well planned & very soothing color combination. Employees are very supportive.

It takes alot of time to meet the right person

My friend booked a flat in 2012 and builder has promised to hand over the keys in 2015. But as on now he has taken 80% of the agreed amount and today also the flat is done only structural. And today he is saying that he has no funds to complete the project. So be careful while doing business with this firm as your hard earned money will be at risk. As now we are struggling.

Basically I was from Delhi and for my job I shifted to Bangalore. I was living in rented house but as time went, its little bit difficult for us to manage with our guests and all. So I thought to buy a house and I searched and visited many sites and did not find a good home in budget. Lastly I contacted the broker, he suggested me a flat made by builder N.D developer, I visited the site and booked a flat and I liked the flat and plan. It’s always good to buy a flat rather than on rent.

A Big Cheat....Not at all trustworthy. I booked flat in 2012 and was promised possession in 2013. It is 2019 and I am still waiting for possession. While uilder has alrea taken 90 pecent flat amount from me.m

ND developers speak nicely n make you book the flat and wont deliver at all.. ND - Never Deliver is their motto. All their projects are delayed. When you ask them reason for delay, they will come up with so many reasons that you can make a Bollywood movie. Their MD Nayeem comes up with so many promises and deliver nothing. Best advice- dont ever invest with these people your hard earned money.. they basically divert your fund some where else n increase land bank in Bangalore at the cost of poor flat buyers who suffer

Please do not believe the ratings that Akash Kholi has given to this builder. The biggest thug on the face of this earth is ND Builder. all of their projects are executed on illegal land with litigations and numerous cases against them. buyers are made to run around with delayed projects, snail paced work, rude behavior of their MD, Nayeem Durani and his goon subordinates. We have witnessed buyers been thrown out of the flats during night with the help of NDs goon associates only because they occupied the flats in AS IS condition due to delayed possessions. ND keep on narrating one story after the other when questioned about completion of work. with the price tag what ND is selling his flats, buyers can afford to buy from a reputed builder with the same price. Some of his projects started in 2009 and still not completed and delivered. in fact, other builders who started their projects way later than ND around his vicinity, have completed and buyers have started living in them. Very rude behavior from his associates ND. Buyers should beware of some of the name associated with this company G-corp, Llyodd. they changed or merged with these companies because the ND symbol carries a very bad name in the market as on date. whenever buyers visited their office in Mico layout, Nayeem Durani will let his goons tackle the buyers and he would be hiding in the office, those goons only know their own language of goondagiri, they threaten the buyers every time buyers visit their office.
