Good builders. Delivers as promised. Staff are very polite and well informed on what is available Make sure you get all in writing. They have a 1 Yr warranty period, be sure you confirm when so you dont have to haggle later when issues will crop up. Also their dependent parking is misleading, sometimes there is a large tank in the center and this effectively reduces it to single car park, make sure you check The bathrooms have exposed piping but despite that the ceiling leaks due to bad quality plumbing - check this when you buy. Also get in writing when the monthly maintenance starts - avoids having to Haggle later

Value for money. I am typing experience, from the balcony of my 3bhk Nandi Gardens ovetlooking the triangular balcony. We are one of the happy families living here for the past 15 years. Thank you NHPL

Nandi Housing Pvt Ltd is a reputed builder in Bangalore engaged in housing and property development. They believe in creating homes and not just producing houses and take up one project at a time, usually sell through referrals.
