Quality of construction is good. Great place to live 1km from main road. Not many shops close by. The flats costs around ₹55lakhs for 2 bedroom apartments including registration.

Very good apartment with spacious and luxurious flats. Good and helpful marketing and maintainance team who are available almost any time. Apartment is in the midst of nature surrounded by calm and green as it is in the name! Yet it is in walkable distance from schools, hospital and to the main road.

Its a good cluster of apartments, well planned with minimal common walls.

Good place bit interior surrounded by greenery on one side as it is facing don bosco campus.Bit skeptical during rainy season. As entrance is slope so water may or may not come to parking lot!

Appartment construction is very nice. Corporation has to implement Swatch Bharat Abhiyan & garden near to appartment. Request the corporator to improve the area bringing the public awareness.

Pros:1. Located near to good schools and hospitals.2. Nice Road around 3 kms away.3. Meenakshi mall and Decathlon about 1km away.4. The apartment is surrounded by greenary which makes it very airy and well ventilated.5. Very near to JP Nagar 8th phase bus depot.Cons:1. No proper methodology followed for Electrical, Plumbing works. Very sub-standard.2. Need to do a lot of follow up with the builder, even for smallest of jobs to be done3. The management doesnt shy away from washing their hands off from any commitment given to customers. Make sure the commitments are taken in written form the builder.4. Workmanship is very unstructured

Please refrain from even considering this property, the sales person Mr. Jayraj is extremely rude and has no manners whatsoever. He called me and started accusing me of being fraud just because I could not get back to him on the same day with confirmation. I am not sure they understand that these decisions take time. Anyways when people are in hurry it actually shows their true motive.
