Living here since last 6 years. You wont get so much open space with all amenities anywhere in Bangalore within this price range. Yes there are few issues like bad approach road but its well connected to Electronic City, Sarjapur, HSR etc.

One of the best residential area in this location. Friendly residents. Good management. Security very tight. Residents are ready to help in emergency in just a message in WhatsApp group. Best garden. Tennis, badminton, basketball, swimming pool,you name it that is here.

Society is good but it’s too far and outer area is not good. Still under construction

Except Gardening and housekeeping everything is a wreck!Water shortage.Frequent Power outage.Toilet flush water stinks.Cracks in building during monsoon.No proper roads.Poor planning in parking allotment.New Security system not efficient.Poor management skills and absolutely no response from the Admins end.Owner/Tenant differences.If you are thinking of moving here, please do yourself a favour and dont!

Extremely good campus with almost all amenities. Swimming pool, gym, club house, party hall, Sauna, kids play area, eye pleasing campus gardening, wide roads inside campus and approx one acre of park. Mostly all peoples are very helpful and great environment to stay.Lively place with great people.

Think multiple times before being a tenant in this community. No water No electricity. Arrogant Managing committee. Reaching 48 hrs of no water when I am writing this. Till now no update from responsible person. Its not because of water scarcity in this area but only because of poor management.

Property is good with all emenities.RSPL builder is worse they have not completed and provided functional amenities. No road and street lights. They dont even provide OC. The locality is not even safe and people of the Area.The upcoming project Mahaveer Ranches is same , they fool people with poor quality of flat and structure.Beware of low quality builder.

Good place but little inside from main road.

MO is one of the best society and around 500 flats. This society has top notch amenities like Club house, well equipped gym, swimming pool, Badminton and Tennis court, Jogging track, park , Children play areas etc. This society is close to Bellandur, electronic City, Marthahalli outer ring road, Wipro corporate office. Notre Dame and Vruksha School are right opposite to the apartment. Primus and DPS is very near and also Amrita engg college too
