This property is next to Manipal County Resort and having a Great View.This society provides 24 hours fresh water and with 24 hours and security and CCTV surveillances. Location make attractive is it in IT and Industrial hub of Singasandra and very close to upcoming Metro station.

Best part of this building is having manipal county resort.which will be mai tained as it is greenery for ever. Flats having 2 balconies facing manipal county are really good. Wonderful it is enormous ventillation,lighting,good oxygen level

The place is beautiful, but I would recommend that u avoid this apartment, the management has no idea of what they want to do, they create some rules them selves and then break it, they will keep doing construction work round the clock 7 days a week, as a resident, u can’t have a peaceful day specially considering the president, support team and the staff, would only give u a feeling of a monarchy, a dictator rule concept.Recommended: for people who are happy being treated like animals, where u can’t have an opinion and follow ur master, should rename the society from Mallibu Enclave to North Korea.

One of the best gated flat complexes in electronic City, many great restraunts nearby and local shops offer good products too. Traffic is light and weather is amazing. Recommend if looking for 1 - 3 bhk apartments on rent.

- No power backup- Youll literally have to beg them so that they turn on the lifts for you to go home- Management is reluctant to work- Will impose whatever rules they want without thinking of any possible emergency situation- What in the world is Move in/ Move out fees?- Flats are way too expensive for the size or amenities they offer- Wait did i say Amenities? what amenities lol? Amenities they offer : NONE, whatsoever. Not even basic power back-up.Plus point?UmmmmmmUmmUmOoh yeah, Its a gated society. :)

Shifting to this place is the biggest mistake of my life, horrible owners and management.. They just need money and treat you as if you are staying there free whenever you complain or ask for anything . Worst experience ever .
