Very good place to live.. Apartment association maintains the property really well. Clean lifts and common area. The facilities is cleaned frequently. Association celebrates almost all functions in apartment premise.. Saftey and security is really taken care of.. Reliance smart is in apartment.. Its on Thanisandra main road so you get 247 bus and auto service as well..

READ THIS BEFORE YOU RENT OR BUY!Overall the apartment is good with all the amenities.I was staying in a non-pool facing apartment(Facing the railway line).I will never recommend them to anyone bcos1. Noise from the vehicles are so irritating and its very much audible all the time (its a busy road).2. On top of that , trains runs very frequently through this line and it disturbs our sleep for sure.3. It is very hot on this side and even during winter we feel like we are staying in a desert. Guess how it would be in summer.4. Not at all recommended if you have babies or elderly people in your family.5. All the roads in surrounding areas were dug up and the dust bcos of the same was too much. Even if you dont open the windows, the flat will be filled with dust within 2 days.Above is my experience staying at 8th floorI had friends staying on the other side of the apartment without facing any of these problems :)Also, the locality is not that good

Okay as residence. Nothing great about the ambience. Surroundings are ordinary. Can give a thought if the only intention is to have a house to stay (not bothered about great views and freshness etc)

Incomplete project. Some work is still incomplete. One of the lifts is not yet installed and that space is open which is risky for children. Lighting in common area was not working when I visited. Amenities look fine but need to be properly maintained and the incomplete work should be finished first

Amazing residence with various options available. Ambience makes it a better to live here, Surroundings are ordinary.This place contains play arena for Kids, youth and Adults.. various generations can come together under one roof. Tennis Court.. Basket Balls Court.. Athletics court.. play Arena for kids.. Swimming pool keep all the age groups in mind..Last but not the least .. parking facility is not above par but it is one of best in the locality..Need to give Kudos for the SECURITY in this vicinity.. amazing.. rarely an instance can be reported where the Security has not kept an eye.. rather an HAWK EYE on..Commendable construction.. happy to buy a Flat here..

I have stayed here for an year. Very near to Manyata tech park. Area around isnt good and hygienic. Flats are very spacious but construction quality is very poor.
