Just visited once, feels like good apartment, parking and all good

Excellent Apartment with all the features inside building. Well planned car parking. All facilities available nearby like school, college, bank, university, hospital, temple, BBMP office, clinic, post office and many supermarkets. Near Manyata tech park.

Apartment is good. The house actually... Fr namesake they have swimming pool. Also they could have build the rooms in a better fashion. the pillars are cutting into the room and are eating about 1/2 an inch into each wall.

The apartment is at nice location, nearing market, schools, work places, Approaching Thanisandra road to ring road, airport road. The apartment has all the facilities like swimming pool, gym, play area, relaxing spaces etc.

Please dont buy DS Max. Its part of their agreement that you cant use any outside vendors for interior design, wood work, plumbing work etc. You have to use only their own services which is too expensive and they will suck your blood. This is their side business. Dirty business they are doing... Please never go DSMax dear. They dont respond after registration even....They are making me cry.... :(
