Well managed society, friendly neighborhood, 24/7 security, DG, walkway, party hall etc. Compared to other small apartment in that area this apartment houses are more specious. 50+ families stays here.

The rent is higher as per the area. The maintenance is double as compared to other apartments.

Maintenance charge is very high!Almost 5k every month which is sometimes even more than maintenance charge at apartments by prestige group/brigade/sobha builders
