The amenities and quality is decent but not as premium as their price. Biggest turn off is their Sales. There is a guy called Prakash who is more interested in selling resale flats. He demands 2 percent commission as he gets this cheaper than the listed price .He dissuades you from selecting other available flats by saying they are not good and they have some problems. One more thing, please get every thing clear before you pay any money. Once you have paid money they will dictate everything.

Quite convinced to buy an apartment in this complex. Location is good, design of flats is very sensible, spacious, airy and cost effective than all the Salarpuria/Brigade apartments nearby. Construction quality is very good and construction speed is super-fast. Overall amenities being provided are good and will do for 190 homes, though not as luxurious and expansive as other construction brands which charge you 1 cr+. Agree with other reviews that not a lot of shops, hospitals are close by in this area but I think once this complex is ready, these will spurt immediately because Brigade Exotica is also nearby. Decathlon is 5 mins walk. Also Metro link is planned in this area in 3-4 years so definitely a good option from investment perspective. Airport is 35 mins by car. Bren sales team is very friendly, helpful and responsive so far. Havent had any bad experiences during my last 4 months of interaction with anything. I definitely recommend this apartment to interested people both for residential as well as investment purpose.

Single building very near to OMR. So what you get is full noise no matter which part of building you choose.Yes they have Balcony but you cant open them or else you can count how many KSRTC busses are crossing OMR.In 1.94 acres they have building + all the amenities most of the near by housing society have there clubhouse in bigger than that area.Please ask about the jogging track, its fun as only one person can pass thought the court area near small tennis court.Finall ask the quotes they will tell you all the higher price then they will tell you we will not take floor wise charges. Fun part is no one will give more than 75 lakh for 3bhk here. Resale will go even lower as most of the big housing projects plenty of flats are available.

Looks like theyll complete on time. Legal documents are proper. SBI approved project. The sales manager, Mr. Prakash is very polite.

I had the most dreadful experience while dealing with Prakash who is part of the Sales Team. They have a referral incentive of 50000 /-if you are not aware! Since I did not know the process, I reached out to one more employee who directed me to Prakash. . After sending all the required documents of referral, I get to hear after following up for 3 months that I will not receive the referral amount.The funny part was even the person who bought the flat had to write to them saying I had referred her Bren, if you dont want to shell out money for referral, please do not keep a scheme!! Horrible Experience! I would never recommend to have any kind of relationship with this builder!

Flats are spacious and well ventilated. Pricing is a high based on current location. A minimum of 4-5 kms travel to get basic things.

I have booked an apartment in this project based on below observations.I found it to be very spacious apartment at the available affordable rate. Every room has two windows which I have never seen in any apartment. Very good layout. Well placed amenities and it will be pleasant atmosphere on completion. An apartment architectured to provide abundance of light and air which was something we were keen on while buying home. Feel it yourself when you go there.Construction quality is very good. Its use of aluminium formwork using RCC walls gives it a next-gen construction quality.Its next to highway and has very good connectivity to the tech hubs.This area already seeing huge growth which is evident by the huge number of top builders already in this area. Lots of schools available in the vicinity and malls upcoming.Now talking about the marketing(Giriraj) and project management team(Vijay) are very co-operative.Thanks a lot BREN!

I visited many projects in and around this area and my search was stopped after seeing Bren Starlight. What I liked most was the floor pan, quality of construction, ventilation, and connectivity. Amenities are OK. This has temperature controlled swimming pool which can used in all seasons.Sales team and crm team was very good especially Dileep, Prakash, Vijay, Nandhini & others explains each and very details of project, listens to your queries, clarifies all of them patiently, and finally I booked a flat here.

They are promising that they will deliver by december 2019 but they are only getting a few flats ready. They are cheaters and are sending wrong updates to the owners. I visited my flat and they were lying about the status. Many of the reviews posted here are of the sales team. Disappointed.

Construction technique is upto the standard but hair line cracks can be seen. All branded material but low cost range , can not call as premium quality.Management is handle by ppl who learning the management, they dont care about their customer at all.I do not think they would be able to complete this project on time, as given to their customer (November 2019).

Just booked flat in this property and I am extremely satisfied with the overall service provide by BREN team - Prakash, Divya and Vijay.Even though I am not in India but I never felt like I am missing something. Whatever information I requested and however many time I requested, all the information was provided promptly and correctly.Now just waiting for timely deliver and quality finishing, which I am sure will be done.

Ive been staying in this locality for the past few years.Ideally the place is just adjacent to old madras road. But for every need we have to travel either towards Battarahalli Junction or Whitefield field-Hoskote road which is about 7KM from the building. There is no reputed hospitals surrounded by too.This place is not suitable for those who desire to fulfill their family needs.

I have made a booking in bren starlight. I really liked the architecture of the building construction and the way its been designed with good ventilation and also vaastu compliant .so me and my family are extremely impressed with the way Mr Prakash who is from the sales manager helped me out a lot to get a good deal and he is very polite .

As far as the building construction quality is concerned, BREN starlight looks reasonably good. But it was a poor experience with the sales guy Sumeet. He acts like a kid. No respect to the customers. He cracks poor jokes and makes customer embarrassing.

Good project and i owned one flat here. It has very good quality in construction and budgetable price.Intailly, I met Mr. Umesh and he was given all details of the project. And later, Mr.Vijay had helped me a lot in terms of paper work. He is always available for any matters.so far their met all promises.

Bren starlight project is good / on the road property even construction quality is also is very very good / and sales team is treating as family member its so nice i booked there .
