After a year, started to realize the sustainability was a marketing gimmick. Below are couple of the things that Im presently disappointed with.No borewells with enough yield.The windmills are switched off due to noise.

Water tanker is been called everyday and is the only apartmnet in the vicinity.Now owners may have to pay out of pocket to dig more borewell. Which is really unexpected.To save water with world class system fitted in project, we need sufficient water first in apartment.Builders promise included a maintenance of 1.5 to 1.7 , and we were promised by marketing staff enough ground water is there, so with additional eco features tankers need not be called, when in Vicinity tankers are not called, and being close to Lake how just CNS is not able to get ground water.While you say 4 borewells, we have seen tankers been called nearly everyday and out of 4 borewells only 1 is functional, 2 borewells dont have motor, out of which one borewell is abandoned with only 160 ft depth.One Borewell works only in rainy season ( agricultural borewell, its not on the stream of water, during summer 0 water). Why in a sustainable project recharge pit for borewell is not planned, we have seen 20ft rainwater harvesting pit to recahrge the ground, but 0 recahrge pit for functional borewell.You have posters out saying water is not Luxury at CNS, so does that mean calling tankers is something every one does?Shouldnt builder be responsible for ensuring residents are provided with self sufficient fresh water?Your savings calculations look fancy however how you end up charging us 3 rs maintenance when the marketing team assured 1.5 rs to almost all owners here?In March 70 odd tankers were called when occupancy was roughly 50 to 60 percent, is this not luxury? Contradictory to the posters you have created.

I work in Manyata Tech Park and we were looking for a home nearby my office.We used to see the advertisement for CoEvolve Estates every day in the reputed places and we went there to see the project. I liked the vibes here, as it is surrounded by a lot of amenities the atmosphere is lively. It’s always good to stay in a place like this, they have planned it for all the age groups and I am sure nobody will be bored at “CoEvolve Northern Star”.

I own a apartment in CoEvolves Northern Star Apartment. The end to end process of buying the apartment was made convinient by sales team & legal team (Specially Kishore, thank for your support). The amenities are good, construction quality is so far good. Location-wise it is pretty good - very close to Manyata techpark and very close to Jakkur lake, some near by good schools, shopping complex at walkable distance. The highlight and the reason for purchase was the vertical garden and Windmills, water recycle plant provided.

Co Evolve Northern Star is one of the best properties I have ever seen and would recommend everyone if theyre planning to invest in property. It meets all our requirements. We looked for some 10 apartments before finalizing this property. It is centrally located and is accessible to all the main points.Also I would like to appreciate Kishore M and his legal team for all the help. He is just a call away for any help/ requirements. We did not face any problems in getting our house documents for the registration and for bank purpose. Co Evolve provides the best customer services to the owners.In the end we just want to say that we dreamt of a dream home to start our new lives and we got the right place. I own a flat here and entire sales experience was good. Location of the apartment is quite good with school, Lake, hospital and police station near by. Coevolve Northern Star has many amenities which are good. View from balcony and 13th floor is awesome. Their team responds for any service issues and gives timeline and updates about the fixes.

I was planning to buy a home at CoEvolve Northern Star, even booked on 2bhk here by paying the token money, but due to personal reasons, could not go ahead and buy the home. I am happy to say that I was refunded the token money fully with zero deductions. They were promt in their booking as well as refund process and I faced Zero hassle.I am no real estate expert and my review is of the whole experience rather than only the building. Just before I go ahead, please note this is not a paid review , neither builder not any one paid me to write this review. This review is from my personal experience only.We were looking for a home near Manyata Tech Park and had been visiting the area around Thanisandra for few days. One day while site visiting for another building, we found out CoEvolve Northern Star on the way. It has a sign board saying OC is received and there were few flats left. That day was too late so we planned to visit next day.Next day, we called the helpline number and fixed an appointment same day. We were greeted by one Mr. Amarnath Reddy. He walked us throught the details of the project in the office and gave an overview of what apartments were available based on our requirement. Also the salient features of the green building. Something that pleasantly suprised me was, their design was to recycle and reuse resources as much as possible.I though, nah this must be a marketing gimmick and they might have just written them for sake of it. But no, they have really implemented water recycling plan apart from eco-friendly sweage treatment plant. If I am not wrong, they also had water filter/softener inside premises, which to me is a must given Bangalore water.After our initial discussion, Amarnath took us to visit the flats. We visited 2bhks and 3bhks. We observed that they were very airy and had abundant sunlight. We were looking for flats which had balconies towards west, so that in the second part of the day the home gets enough sunlight. The rooms were big enough and had big glass windows. They also had some kind of reflecting film on the windows so that suns harsh light was partially blocked. The only complain I might have is , their washrooms seemed to be smaller than expected. Also there is duct openning in the kitchen, which might or might not pose a problem in the long run.Also we looked throught the common amenities, there was a well equiped gym, roof top swimming pool, etc (There are much more, you can anyway find them in the company brochure). Common amenities were well planned, I really hope they are maintained by the Association.After doing the first visit, we shortlisted few homes and we came back to office for working on the budget. After the budget, we asked Amarnath if we can again look at the shortlisted homes. He took as again to those homes. I really liked the way he gave us ample time to visit the apartments and did it again without any complain. Amarnath also walked us through the facilities and also gave us walk around of the parking space.Really want to mention something here, I liked his attitude and patience while being with us. I have visited so many properties, but very few will have people like this. If I am not wrong, almost half of his working day was spent with us. I wish him all the best.At the end of the day we gave the token amount and went back home. They also confirmed over mail that for any reason we had to cancel the home, they will refund us back the full token amount within 10 days. I really want to point one more thing here, they were very clear on the documents. They have almost all the property documents on their website and I felt they are transperant in that matter. Next day morning they had sent the whole bunch of property documents to us for verification and assigned Mr. Kishore from CRM team.Sadly 2 day later we had to cancel our booking. This was nothing to do with CoEvolve, but entirely due to personal reasons. Within 1 week or so, I had my refund cheque.I wish CoEvolve estates all the best.

I have visited CoEvolve Northern Star last week for my friends home warming ceremony. I found the project very nice the construction is beautifully planned the project is not that big but the way they planned it has put things in place. The sustainability concept from the builder is perfect they are saving money of customers on Water, Energy & Waste by managing it in proper way, that shows their dedication towards the environment, their are plenty of amenities, the floor plan is nice. Just loved it all would highly recommend this builder to all. I would be planning to purchase there apartments soon.

We are owner here and currently live in CNS. Builder is very good, prompt and responsive though and we had hassle free documentation during house registration. But their processes is bit lengthy related to service and expensive comparatively. However in sorting out issues builder does a good job always and immediately handles complains. Swimming pool and other amenities are closed for residents after 10PM. People are also restricted from doing their house interiors after 6.30 PM sharp. The windmills have been shut down due to complains from residents on noise. Another issue here is dust due to all the constructions going on all around. All the best for your house search. This project is overall good if u r looking for a high raise house at a low budget and you dont care about things happening around u in society. Amenities wise swimming pool is the attractive piece where as gym is bit small for 130 families, so as the play garden for children. But they have managed to use the complete area very wisely and have added multiple amenities specially for children. Waste management is one of the best USP. Schools, hospitals, restaurants, Manyata TP is near by and even now in house food chains are started inside CNS. No ATM near by 2Kms.

Hello all existing owners and to be owners of CoEvolve, I have brought a flat in CoEvolve Northern Star and would like to give my reviews about my experience with CoEvolve.First of all congratulations to all the owners of this amazing apartment its going to be one of the most eco friendly and fun place to be for all.Now coming at my experience right from handing over my first token amount till the possession of my flat was great! The sales team did good work in getting all documents sorted.All site supervisors and the engineers are easily accessible and work hard towards completion of the project. I can literally see the changes happening around on daily basis. Kudos to them. So overall the project is good and best deal in the neighborhood.Lets CoEvolve.

Lots of open area for walking around the premises. Many amenities provided in the club house area. Large size swimming pool can accommodate more crowd. The planning and construction is really commendable. The facilities are awesome, mostly every sport you can play in your free time.

Too small standalone building. Not worth the quoting price 78L-82L. All amenities and club house are for name sake,too small. Not like a society. Their solar power is for only common areas and they charge 1.5L from each apartment in the estimate given,said maintenance price per sft is again 3 rupees. Solar power would have been for entire apartment then it could be considered useful for their charges. I felt not worthy overall.

I dont want to talk about the green initiatives as the whole world knows that the building has set examples to the society.What I loved the most is the power backup to all points. I was fed up with the backup of my present flat as the powercut happens when we are getting ready to work and have to compromise to a cold water bath.

Excellent location and great view from top. Construction quality is at par when you compare with other builders around the vicinity (not just saying this but have heard it from the interior decorator who survey my apartment.Price is high but youll not regret. Work is completed months before schedule. Ive one flat in the 10th floor and its beautiful.Highly recommended for those who are looking for premium property near to manayta tech park which is 15 min from this location. A super market is now open and is only 200 m away from home. Nearest hospital is 1.2 km and police station is 1 km so is school and its only 35 min drive from the airport.You can see it from jakkur lake that is please.

Visited this place, Felt good at property , Swimming pool @ 13th floor awesome, all amenities are quite good for 130 apartments. Very well planned and construction quality is good, Wash basin and Quality of bathroom tiles are good ( not very good quality). Overall excellent property.I liked this property. We purchased a 3BHK in this property with only three visits. The flats are well ventilated and airy. The view from the balcony in the room is wonderful and the entire thing gives a happy feel. The project team is good and particularly Mr.Ashwin and Mr.Kishore (CRM) was very helpful and I received the documents on the day of registration itself. Everything was very smooth sailing. Thanks

The project is in prime location and is very worth to buy The infrastructure provided by CoEvolve Northern Star is very good, especially Clubhouse ,Swimming pool etc. Lot of open space and good ventilation. Not worth the money at all.Firstly it is a very very small space. You dont get the feel of a society. Its just one stand alone apartment.All amenties are very small, swimming pool is almost negligible. You visit it, you will know.Construction is also of average quality compared to salarpuria, brigade while the price is higher than them.Overall I would say, spend some time, you get a much better house than coevolve.Their sales team hurry you but dont fall for it.PS: Glad that I have received a response from you. Well done that you tried hard to keep positive. While I value your concept, my review remains same. 2.5crore litres of water saving ? Do you understand what number you are quoting at least? Also, note that when some one is paying big they expect the luxury. You amenities may be good but you cant quote a 10 rupees item to 50 rupees. Not sure if you know the market in near by area, you get a sobha dream garden society for less than the money you are quoting. Obviously constructions are comparable. Visit sobha and find out how they construct buildings. I am sorry I dont see value in your project compared to brands. I do compare because your cost is higher than them and that too yourself accepted its not a society. Kindly do some market analysis before coming up with cost.

Project and construction quality is good. Only drawback to this property is Sampigahalli Road.The moment you take left from Thanisandra main road, its dark like anything and after 4 well build completed project also it did not develop.Walking to Thanisandra Main road for restaurent or shopping mall is very difficult because of the dark area.
