I live here and I am giving this rating based on my experience. I dont have to give a high rating for a sake of it - because I am not a seller. Reviews from other Real Estate agents or Builders maybe is their tactics to handle their business. About STP, there was an overflow issue, however that has been sorted by appointing a reputed management service. I dont think our nearby high rises can give this homely feeling with no common walls, which this property does with decent amenities like Swimming Pool, Gym, walking track with the landscape, multi-purpose hall.A simple 80 houses community and we are doing good.

Neeladri kota hills an excellent place to buy a home & live, I have been staying here from past 11 months and happy with my home & the communityI am surprised by some reviews previously there is no problem with the STP it is functioning very goodFor people who have visited Neeladri Kota hills with an intent to buy a flat my suggestion is do not go by the reviews visit once again and check it out

Worst apartment complex in my opinion. STP maintainence in this place is non-existent, which creates a foul smell in the whole apartment and nearby surroundings. Absolutely not recommended to anyone.

The worst apartment complex ever. They dont have the capacity to maintain the cleaning and maintenance needs of a measly number flats. Lots of unpleasant smell generated in the complex due to improper STP maintenance. Not recommended at all. I guess the people who moved into this place are also regretting their decision of buying a flat in this abomination of an apartment. Highly not recommended.

Very exorbitant pricing for abysmal facilities.Honest advice is go for a reputed builder as quality is assured.I have verified the claims of some google reviews complaining of STP smell and have found that severe issue of STP does exist(rather unbearable).I suggest to try Prestige Primrose Hills or Brigade project nearby.Their prices are more reasonable and warranted for the facilities they provide.

Apartment is good but STP plant is not acceptable because of not proper planning and there is a lot of smell around and not sure how people are staying!This problem needs to get solved by the ASSOCIATION or BUILDER who is responsible for it. New buyers Kindly check before you plan to purchase the flats.
