Do not even think of buying this property. We bought the flat in 2014 and its going to be 8 years and we still do not our flat yet. The date that was given to us was 2017. You are going to get prompt responses and great customer service till the time you book the apartment. Once you pay the money, thats it, you would have to wait a lifetime to get anything at all. The worse part is that the CRMs and the owners give a hoot about your life and predicament. They have conned enough buyers and are still roaming free and so they are confident that they can con a lot more. I can guarantee that the quality of work is also going to be extremely shoddy given that the project has been delayed by so much, they are going to cut corners at all places to get stuff ready. Please DO NOT buy a property here, you are going to lose your sleep for many many years if you do so.

Dont buy any property from Mantri, they are big cheaters, 1000+ homebuyers are invested in this property more than 8 years still theyve not completed.Now they started advertising for this property to trap new innocent home buyers, we are waiting from past 8 years.. so beware Mantri is a big FRAUD.

This is a very huge complex there are towers till w,x,y.Though a part of it is still under construction, but the flats are very good and spacious from inside the only problem youll probably here face is the balcony cause flats in few towers have got only one balcony which is very small and you might have to find an alternative for drying clothes.

A peaceful place to live in. Well designed interiors and acoustics prevent noise from getting outside apartments easily. That means even with loud music, neighbours won’t hear. (as long as you’re not blasting it of course. Only downside is limited recreational facilities. They have a nice park. Gym has decent equipment. Table tennis room is too small. Tennis court is very nice.

Parcel 1 is a great place to stay, high quality of construction (probably Mantri wanted to showcase). Very quite and nice location. Easy to rent out. IMP: Quite unfortunate that many customers have not got their delivery yet, even after waiting for many years.

Nice place to stay.We have an apartment here but it is given in rent.The approach road is grand and is an almost 80 ft road with a divider.The first parcel of webcity is ready and is up for occupation.There are grocery stores right next door.Tgere is a subway on the main road.There is also a passion bar and a grocery shop, Lulus market.Good place to stay.A place far away from city but self sufficient in every way as a satellite town.

Saw this on the way to the Airport. Best part about this project is that it is closer than most other projects to the Airport. Perfect for the jet set crowd of Bangalore. Although, did hear about a few delays in the project, Sales staff were up-front about information and details of the project! Worth looking into.

This builder is the worst in Bangalore, fooling people and making them lose their hard earned money. Even with RERA the project has been on hold with no progress for years now. Possession dates are getting pushed every now and then and no updates are being shared. I personally feel it was the worst decision of my life to buy a property there.People who are giving good ratings are FAKE, please Google on the progress you will get to see the real side of this builder.

North Bangalore needs a project like Webcity. This project has everything to offer in terms of location, space and security. Most suitable for people working close to Manyata tech park, people working in SEZs in the North part of Bangalore and frequent air travellers. Its just a max of 30 minutes to the airport but yet not far from habitation. It gives its residents enough and more lung space and the spacious club house is an added advantage to cater to the entire family. Investing in the North is the way forward.

I would like to give no stars to this Developer . He has looted our entire money and enjoying his life. Guys dont get fooled by 5 star reviews ,it looks like these are hired for this job only.

A nice and beautiful premises being gradually converted into a dumping yard by the sheer apathy of the current facilities management folks. Until 3 months ago this place had the ambience of a resort. Now you can see trash across corners (parcel 1). In spite of a garbage room provided by the developer all types of waste gets stored on the pavement for display. The shrubs and bushes have also been converted into waste bins and a spitting spot for the staff. Half of the shrubs close to the garbage room have been destroyed already. Its been months since the plants within the premises have been watered or trimmed. Different varieties of beautiful creepers are all in the process of dying. Experienced gardeners who were maintaining the landscape beautifully have all been sent out.Just hoping that the owners take a stock of the situation and get someone accountable for managing this premises before the damages done become irreversible.

Rating 1, as there is no 0 or -ve rating option. Booked flat in June 2013 by pushing my life into huge amount of loan. Possession date in agreement was Mar 2015. 4 years passed, and still no hope of possession. Repeated mail and calls to Mantri officials land me only in false promises. Each time they tell possession date in next 3 months. What a bad decision of my life I took. I suggest each and everyone to book flat in Webcity. Only when I see more and more people in pain like that of mine, I would feel consoled (sick thinking).

Hi folks, I am also in a similar situation, I booked an apartment at Webcity back in 2015, paid my down payment and have been paying my mortgage payment. I did receive the preEMI payment for sometime and then it stopped. I have visited the site a few times throughout the past 4 years. We continually have been told that it will done in 6 months, 6 months go by and hardly any progress. I am wondering if everyone here wants to start a whatsapp group or some other forum so we can all stay in touch and at some point take legal action against Mantri? I am living in the US which makes it even more difficult to stay informed on the progress or lack thereof.

A great place to stay with a wonderful environment. Really good flats worth buying. The location makes it very accessible to supermarkets and really good eateries as well.

Dont knw why google is allowing 3 star rating on a project on which there are multiple FIR s running and builders are not allowed to leave country really shameful

Please do not be fooled by the name. They do not stick to the commitment, keep delaying possession and have the most dynamic (Read - Keep changing) CRM team ever! Please donate the money to a charity , at least you would feel like the money is well spent !!

I have invested my all life saving hard money by paying 95% towards cost of the flat at Mantriwebcity in 2014-2016 . Flat was to be allotted in Jan 2016. I am still waiting for allotment. I visited Mantri WC couple of weeks back and the marketing guy gave me 2 quotes for a 1740 sqft flat in N block. one was 1.37Cr and other was 1.04Cr as some replacement scheme.After going through all the reviews, i realized how these builders are trying to cheat buyer. Thanks for all the honest feedback. It saved me from falling into the same trap. Please continue to share your feedback so that others dont fall into this trap.

Stay away from the Mantri Webcity project if you value your time and money. Most of the customers including myself have been extremely unhappy about the false commitments, lack of professionalism and disrespect to the customers. There is no dearth of lies being sold to gullible customers by the entire organization chain. The initial possession date is September 2017. It is more than 18months overdue and the completion is not in sight. Not a brick turned in the last 2.5 years in P3B. When questioned, MDPLs responses are rude, apathetic, disrespectful and arrogant to say the least. Once you are trapped, you are doomed.Runaway while you can!!!

Very bad experience. Booked a flat in phase 2 in 2015. Positioning is getting delayed again and again. CRMs are not responding & builder doesnt seems to be serious in delivering promises. Till now there is no confirmed date of delivery. They keep delaying the delivery date. Shattered & disappointed!!!

Lot of potential in the project once it gets completed. Phase 1 has nice homes and connectivity is really good. Internal connectivity is also good with dedicated parking, lifts and roads.

I bought a flat here in 2014 and it was supposed to be handed over in April of 2017. Now, 2 years after that date, the building is nowhere close to complete. I have had 5 CRMs in this time, and the owners are arrogant in their approach towards the buyers and are least bothered about their plight. Typical real-estate mafia. They hold the cards, they have the money, so they treat customers like cattle. I wouldnt trust Mantri with loose change, let alone this kind of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILER.

This project was launched in 2013 at that time some of us booked and till this day are waiting with all the false promises made by Mantri Developers. This project is an eyewash to raise money using innocent people who can take huge loans from banks and give it to Mantri developers where as per banks Mantri developers are top builders in India and they will release the entire loan amount to Mantri. This way a common man is pledged with bank for the sake of Mantri. Those who wish to support Mantri and mortgage themselves to banks must book this project.

Mantri has always stood the test of time as a dependable and reliable partner in developing your home! Although, real estate is going through a slump, Mantris committment in making things happen is commendable.

The more they Cheat the more they are awarded. CREDAI wake up to REALITY & help in blacklisting them

One of the biggest regrets in life has been investing my savings in this project. Booked a flat in 2013 with possession promised by Jan 2016. Still no signs of it being handed over. Once the 95% payment was done, communications from Mantri stopped. The builder does not care about the customers. I wish I had not blindly gone by the brand name and had done more research before putting my savings and taking a huge loan.

One of the best housing complexes , serene environment , very neatly maintained and lots and lots of space for kids to play all day . There is ample parking and security all round the clock

This project has been delayed for couple of years. Mantri needs to take an action and give possession to the customers who has put in their hard earned savings money to have a home of their own

All Buyers,Protests dont help at all. You guys only appear in the national/ State TV channels and a few newspapers may publish to give you some voice.Suggest you all to gather in 100s, barge into Mantris new under construction property opposite Lalbagh Main Gate and prevent construction activities. Just be brutal and block the entrance of the property/ labourers from working. Mantri management will feel the heat and respond to your concerns about delayed handover of Mantri Webcity .
