Pros - Amazing society, very clean, organized, spacious. Most balconies facing outwards have a great view especially in the rains. Infinity swimming pool is great too, my family and kids had a great time here. Parking and basement are also very well light and clean. I stayed in Bangalore for more than 9 years and this was by far the best society I stayed in.Con/BEWARE: Most houses are owned by this person - Sadananda. He is a thug with political connections who takes rent in cash by personally visiting each tenant. For more money he can kick you out of your house anytime with his muscle. You will not be allowed to leave the premises till another tenant is found and have to pay him rent.In summary, do look for houses in this excellent luxurious society but please do a background check on the owner before renting a place here.

The apartment complex is well maintained with all the necessary amenities typical of a modern gated community.It has good connectivity being on the outer ring road and in close proximity to tech parks and offices. It has a very cosmopolitan environment and all the major festivals are celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm.
