Property vise it is good. Had got in touch with land owners through the real estate agent-saravana , who sells land owner shares.Had a very bad experience with him.they looted our amount . If interested in this property, i request people not to go via him.

Spoke to a person called Prabha before visiting the site..but unfortunately..there was no manager nor engineer available in the site to explain about the property..not well co-ordinated..this lady said she is available in the office..but we got to hear that there is no such lady working in mana candela office and the manager is away..Is this the right kind of response we get during the site visit.? We travelled almost 30km+ to visit the site..

Apartment is ok but located in a place where there is no proper road, no market place nearby. Visited this place 3 years before when phase 1 was constructed, still same pathetic road and no market place nearby

No connectivity, no roads, roads behind rga tech park is railway land.
