Very old complex in Yelhanka. But a nice and a friendly community. Ample places to walk and the garden.

The ideal place to live in irrespective of age. The friendly proactive community adds color to life. The presence of such vast green lungs in the city is truly rare. Serenity and simplicity goes together. Privileged to stay here.

Ive lived here for over 11 years and the only regret I have is that I cant get enough of the homely feel this community gives.. There are minor things such as the regular owners meetings which comes to no final decision on any topic..but rest assured this is a great place to live in with all facilities and connections to major centres outside.Edit: After a few terms, the recent committee (2020 onwards) has been doing excellent work.

Nice apartment in Bangalore airport road. It takes 20 min from here to airport. Has 1-4 bedroom flats. Rent varies from 10 -14 k for 4 bedroom apartment. Nice car parking for owners and visitors. The central park has won 3 times best garden award. Many schools nearby. Has nice community hall for conducting festivities. Maintenance within 1600 for 4 bedroom house. Kaveri water supply. Big pond behind the apartment. Nice view from top floor.

Stayed here for 8 years with good maintenance in this community placed right on bellart road. Traditional style but solid construction.

Cant place furniture because entire space is walkwayLess market place. But I consider the potential growth is high

One thing I have experienced by staying at Kendriya Vihar is, the serenity and clam atmosphere despite, Bangalore being the third most traffic congested city of India. Blow of fresh air, less pollution and everything is under-reach are the other great factors that are admirable. Though, I am not a regular resident but come for couple of days during a year, I truly appreciate the livelihood and pleasant atmosphere of Kendriya Vihar. Looking forward to be in such happening places ahead as well.

1. Gate has been broken a long time ago, It needs to be fixed soon2. Residents here also need a suitable route to travel to other parts of the city. How will people here travel to other parts of the city ultimately, when the signal free airport road is complete.

I have lived here for almost 9 years. Very nice place to live for its ambience, simple folk and diversity. It is bang on NH7 and very close to farmers markets, banks, hospitals and schools. It is self contained with a grocery store, bakery, vegetable shop and clothes ironing facilities. It has a community center, its own sewage treatment plant and good lawns. What are sorely missing are great playing facilities for kids and young adults. Boards proclaiming Cricket and football not allowed in Kendriya Vihar display an aversion towards sport- but kids being kids have a ball of a time. Of late some decisions by management committee, especially, about paying for parking only by a section of users is causing heartburn. Paying for parking never existed before. Otherwise, a great place to live in.

Easy approach from highway / Airport Road, Plenty of open space and Gardens with trees and plantations. Good Maintainance.

Old construction but quality built. Nice space for a central Park but is not maintained. Ample parking space. No pool/ gym facility. Buy a boat as well before shifting here cause there is a Chronic problem of severe water logging during rains. Nice location as the place is close to yelahanka markets. Airport is also within 20 mins of drive.

Excellent place, lived here for 15 years, there are 2 huge parks. 24 hours water from kaveri and bore wells with no requirement for water tankers. Situated right on the New Airport road, with easy access to the city with the elevated expressway just 2. Kms away. RMZ mall yelahanka and inox multiplex just 1 km away making it an ideal residential address. Excellent yelahanka lake view with an amazing view of the Bangalore air Show from roof top, held once in two years. MG road just 11 kms, connected with BMTC bus number 284G which comes inside the apartment complex, so no waiting on the road for buses.

Nice place for family people. Little bit problem in the rainy season, as its very near to the Yelahanka lake. Its feel discomfort when there is a stagnant rain water around the apartment.

You can get a table tennis court on monthly rental.You dont need to go out for vegetables and groceries ,all are provided inside the Apartment. Ideal location, bang midway between the airport & city centre, plenty of lung space for everyone, toddlers, kids, youth, middle aged & senior citizens. Play areas, parks, badminton court, party hall e.t.c. plenty of parking for residents & visitors. Many school buses come inside the apt complex as there is a bus bay for them & enough room to turn.There is an inhouse provision store, vegetable vendor, ironing service, e.t.c. sunday bazar is within a walkable distance for all ur fresh veg & fruit requirement. Plenty of stores , bakerys retail stores in the vicinity. Presence of many hospitals, schools, malls & brands nearby. Promising locality , good connectivity, make it enticing, some good projects underway by leading developers.

It is an apartment built by central government employees housing welfare organization.lt comprises more than 600 flats,1-4 bedrooms.lt is meant for central government employees.residents speak almost all Indian regional languages.in fact its a miniature India.But The problem is the association is not taking care of senior citizens, because school children play football, cricket etc.on road, kids park in fact wherever they wish,they damage vehicle,they shout scream they create all kinds of nuisance,no body control them.This is intollarable.

This is the best apartments with respect to greenery, peace as well as economically too.

Kendriyavihar Yelahanka apartment is situated on the Bangalore Bellary road with a 30 min distance from Airport. Backdrop is a beautiful Yelahanka kere (lake) where families can spend time exercising and walking. Kendriyavihar apartment is awarded my Mysore horticulture for the greenery maintained and one of the calm and quite place for the residents.

It is a residential complex like no other. Wide paved roads, playground for kids, vegetable shop, grocery shop, community hall... You name it, you get it. Except a swimming pool

I have lived in many cities earlier. I rate Bangalore as the best , kendriya vihar in particular. Greenery and serenity is the usp of KV.. Security functions needs to be relooked..
