Happy to share my very good experience with garuda park square. few positives take away from the project are1. Location is very easily accessible to near by tech park from ITPB to Manyatha tech2. Standard grocery shops like Reliance fresh and More within 600 mts.3. Property is complete within RERA and BBMP limits4. Eco friendly Amenities with standard facilities

Nicely Planned apartments, situated at very prime location and very close to Old madras road. Staffs are very courteous and helped us through everything.

Roads connectivity need to be improved in this area as the roads are too worst and to narrow and even for 1 rain fall you will witness water logging on the road.Informed that for sure road is going to be constructed have to wait and watch by when it will be completed. Apartment construction could have been better if we are investing above 50L and east facing flats will have the noise of the road.

Bought a flat here after considering a lot of other properties. Important aspect for me was it is a gated community with all the amenities like pool, walking track, play area etc. I liked the building plan with the pool placed in between the two blocks. Also, it is closer to the Old Madras road. They have received OC already. Also, the pricing fits my budget.

Perfectly planned spacious apartment, just 500 mts from Old Madras road, balconys are big and much ventilation also provided.Really appreciate the assistance given by Mr. Daniel from the sales head who was calm and responded/clarified all our questions and not to mention the ongoing support, timely advices. looking forward!!

Appreciate their project for their quality and right implementation of the products in their construction which makes it of good standard. Their amenities makes this project more interesting, flats with good ventilation as there is no common wall Vaastu Compliant, Right documents. Their UDS is best which makes it worth to invest to live and for the future.

I visited the project Garuda Park Square and the best thing that I appreciate is that they are seeing from the customer point of view in understanding their requirement and giving the best homes. Simply speaking it is best for investment and quality home for living.

Beautiful projects at main location with all major amenities., prices are okay here and there. property with 4 borewells and 4 lift are very good., those who know about their previous projects like royal homes and garuda vista know about quality of this builder.

Their quality of construction is best is what I feel and the foundation seems to be very strong. Most important thing is the way that they behave with customers is satisfying and it gives a good feel of trust. Quite impressed.

This project is best for nature lovers, Iam one among the people who prefer to be in peaceful surrounding and this this project is perfect for me. It has a greenery filled huge park opposite to the project. Flats are also well planned with nice views.

The project is not worth the cost. The material used will not last for 20 years. It is a depreciating asset. Its better to buy land somewhere and build on your own..Otherwise, living on rent is better option

I Visited this Project Yesterday and felt very satisified. I stay at this place and saw this under construction since long time and now it is progressing faster after months. After visiting there i got to know that they are providing strong foundation and giving time for curing. The quality of materials are also good and i have decided to buy a flat here. Happy to share my review.

One of the worst project. It is in KRpuran on lake bed. Dont know how authority gave approval for this project. Even Sales team is not professional. They tell something and later they manipulate. Please dont loose ur money by investing here.

After visiting many projects in KR Puram, I purchased a flat in Garuda Park Square as i felt the project is good in terms of location, surrounded by beautiful lake and BBMP eco park. Later I verified all documents through my lawyer, He has given the best opinion saying that they have BBMP approval and other NOC from Pollution Control Board and BWSSB. My lawyer suggested that the property is legally clear and is having proper set back from lake as per the BBMP norms.
