The road leading to the Vijaya Heights is all broken, narrow and there is water logging in this area too. The ONUS is on the Apartment Builders to get this road fixed at the earliest, locality is what matters/, moreover the area is all kind of empty plots, wonder how good is the security of this place at night .!
