No visitors parking place. There is a paid parking service. But thats only for two wheeler. Thats full always. Inside maintenance is so good.

Excellent location. Very old apartment complex in the old airport road. Nilgiris Superstore is there inside the apartment complex. Good walking place and outside is also nice with lot of trees. Well maintained and has lot of open area. Parking for outsiders is a problem as the outside parking is not there

The best apartments in the middle of the city. Pricy but totally worth it. It has got great security, great amenities and a wonderful cover of trees. The childrens park has gotten old though and could do with some upgrades.

Old is gold. Nice and old style apartments but has old charm. Good rental value and good society.

Great maintenance. Adequate facilities including swimming pool, badminton court, gym and table tennis. Is well located with all basic amenities nearby. Having Manipal hospital closeby is a great bonus!

Many companies are there like redbus n all... Good place, nearer to road. Ull get public transportation from the gate also.
