Very good and well maintained place to stay near Sarjapur Main road.

Its affordable for normal people...the surroundings are quiet calm... peaceful atmosphere... facilities also up to the standard.

A lot of noise of people shouting coming from this apartment on Friday and Saturday till past midnight since last 2-3 weeks. How do people stay there with kids, with people creating so much noise? Dont they care or dont they have a management committee who can intervene and stop this nuisance to neighbors! I think if this continue, I should call police for causing disturbance to public. Will delete this comment if the noise stops.

Very nice surroundings and peaceful area. Those who are health conscious and love to walk or run will enjoy this place. There are so much greenery nearby which give positive feelings.Apartment is value for money as well, it has all necessary amenities. Residents are friendly and stay like a big family.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay, among nature. Close to major tech parks, carmelaram railway station. There is a upcoming park opposite to the apartment which would be very helpful.

Calm location (away from major traffic or rustles) with wide roads and connectivity to 3 major areas (sarjapura road, mcarthur road, outer ring road), all around 2-3km & carmelerum railway station.Its true that you will need a vehicle for convenience as regular public transport is a bit away.Students were restricted few years back from renting & asked to vacate, hence the outlash.

Nice Place to stay,Calm & Cool Atmosphere with good surrounding

I would like to warn people living in this apartment, not to send their children in neighbouring apartment for dance class. The dance teacher (Mrs Tiwari) always used to ask some extremely personal questions from my daughter. When my daughter complained about her, I confronted both husband and wife. But instead of regretting, they were aggressive ! Discontinued the dance classes but they did not return the money also.

Nice Place to stay, All good Schools are near to apartment (In-Between 4-5 KM Range).Most of Software Techno Parks are approachable distance as well.

I am glad to stay in that place and its peace full area as well and I like all the facilities given by the builder.

Well maintained apartment and good neighbours..

Apartments is sort of good. The locality is very bad. There is nothing in and around except for a few small shops. Nearest bus stop is 1.5km away. Also there is a bus stand near by but We get bus there very rarely.

This is a wonderful place to stay according to the websites..All facilities are available such as pool.,gym., but., they are all banned., because of the so-called association.. Bachelors living here are treated with disrespect and abusive language were used against us..Kindly reconsider living here..Thank you..

I would give zero as per locality...its just apartment which is attractive..bus stop is 3km away from the place and u need to have ur own vehicle if u wanna stay there.

Wonderful place to stay and this area is very calm place. Good for who like meditation or yoga. Association people are very cooperative.

The apartment work is still going on I hope the builders solve the minute parking space issues and water crisis due to motor pump malfunction as soon as possible so that they can save a lot by not depending on outside water tank vendors. The area as of now looks bit interior but it will develop in a couple of years.

Very quiet and peaceful place with all the amenties such as gym, swimming pool, waste management, elevator, camera and 24 hr security. There are not much shops nearby but its a very affordable place live with luxury.

Security is major concern in area and building..Other things are good

Decent price, only concern is it is very much inside... ladies has to relay on auto rickshaw or other taxi for commutation, main issue is there is a strange and dark areas between the main road(bus stop, 3 to 4km) to this location... not suitable for family of working womens...

Hi i have residing in this apartment for past 3 years. This is well planned and constructed apartment with amenities like Gym and swimming pool for all age groups and gender. The mojor plus factor of this apartment is that it is surrounded all the side with lush greenery with very much less pollution levels a well connected to major city centres like marathahalli, domlur, whitefield, HSR layout, koramangala.

Apartment built by DSMAX group in a clean and green surrounding. Away from chaotic city, pollution free. The area is yet to be fully developed​, so do not except like Indiranagar or Jayanagar. Apartment has all the basic amenities and value for your money is the key success factor.

There is swimming pool, gym, parking lot, lift, security, etc facilities are providing. and most of the peoples living there is students of krupanithi college.

Good place at good price. Important thing is its a family apartment and the association says NO to bachelors to avoid any kind of non sense.

DS max is doing Joint venture project, If anyone looking Ds max project don’t buy from Ds max, find the land load for the particular project. You will get better price & will get better support from Land load.Unfortunately I bought the apartment from DS max (Project Name Sherwood), my neighbour property was owned by land load, he put the grill on the common area. Ds max fear to talk to land load / owner. DS max is telling me to raise legal notice. They are trying to escape / get rid from the issue from DS max. They want to resolve the issue fom my end.Please do not buy any property directly from DS max projects, if it was undergone joint venture.

I would give 5 stars for the stay and the infrastructure. But the so called owners Association has banned the tenents from using the gym and swimming pool and other basic amenities. But still they demand for maintenance charges as well as the owners treat the tenents like dogs , if you are a tenent and searching for a rented flat . I would strongly recommend you to never to go for DS MAX SHERWOOD apartment

Its badly connected to the outer ring road which makes it very isolated. Apartment is good enough, but even going to the chemist requires you to take a vehicle.

Outskirts your place. Accessibility is via a small road and usually heavy traffic

Infrastructure facility is good. The only problem is that public transport facility is not available in this area.

Please dont come here .. ubll b trapped . F u need a peaceful life nvr think about tis. Bad place, bad people, culture less.

Ds max sherwood is not an apartment its a place of virtue. gym and swimming pool facilities are available here but it is banned,its only for show. In ds max there is an association,they are deciding the rules how we live here.. such an irritating place..
