Calm & quiet place.... Away from Bengaluru city....Nice stay....

Its a beautiful property. Beautiful place. Peaceful environment. But they lack good management. They always have issues. They have issues with securities, tenants, owners, housekeeping. If someones not doing something regarding this, the property quality will be at stake.

Provident is located just a bit outside the chaos of Bangalore and far away from the main road of Mysore.But the society is peaceful with all modern amenities. The flat rent over here is cheap like 3bhk flat for 14k including maintenance.

Metro services will be launched shortly..will be a lovely place to invest or stay

Good place for living and standards are good but only problem is that roads are not really good which are connecting there from Bommanahalli

Great place to live in.

They dont have any parking left so new owners will get parking half km away from your apartment. That also will be open parking.Even you demand at the time of sales they will say you will get parking near but while allotment CRM will say this is the only parking left.

Location is in some village. Difficult to access.. Dont think its next to upcoming metro. Its 3.5 Km away from it.. community is also not engaging much.

If a good home is all about the amenities. Rays of Dawn by Provident housing has so many good amenities like jogging track, swimming pool and such. The open space on the project is one of the reasons why we invested here. Connectivity is another important aspect and being close to NICE road, the project is just ideal. The homes are also well ventilated and receives good amount of sunlight. Very positive vibes from these well constructed flats.

Except that the locality is bit out of Bangalore its an affordable housing flats with all the facilities available for luxury apartments. It includes Greenery game areas gyms etc. Till now only the second phase is completed. The project plans tohave around 3000 apartment in 50 acre. Once metro extension is completed access to the central is very convenient. The apartment management may be improved.
