It has all the amenities. very Peacefull place. Lot of things to do around. everything is available in walkable distance. There are nice restaurants nearby.

A very quiet and clean colony.Ideal place not only for the working community but also a safe haven for children and the elderly relatives. It is a safe haven in the midst of noisy overpopulated neighbourhood. Enjoyed my stay there.

Nice place.....Its a very nice apartment... Very well structured and very well maintained as well... There is no problem when it comes to car parking....Very much systematic when it comes to maintaining the cleanliness, segregating the garbage, security is strict which is very much necessary....Its a apartment which youll feel proud to stay in...Ample is facilities are available thereby creating a very much lively environment within the apartment.... The residents are also very nice....

The ambience is awesome.. and free from Bangalore traffic noise.. has good space for people of all ages to play and hangout.. and even villas are classic.. one of the best places in Bangalore to live in..

Good- Landscape- Trees- villas internal layoutBad- No Backup DG hence no 24x7 supply- GI pipes are used for plumping and most of them rusted and affecting water quality- Sewerage line blockages due to rusting etc..- Club house is still under builder and in very bad shape- Many common areas owned by builder and constant disputes- Tentants unfriendly policy by administrative team.- Parking are pretty narrow and if you park infront of the villa, then entrance to home is very narrow. Gas cylinder etc.. you cant move easily.- Many villas have water problem and overhead tank in the villa is not easily accessible for cleaning etc..- No maintenance staff (Plumber, Electrician etc.) .. They dont attend the calls- Tenants will have ripe-off with demands by association. 5000 Rs move-in fee- Villa are very close to each and many windows facing each other .. Any talk /scene neighbors can clearly see. Privacy is big concern.

Very near to Wipro, good place to stay with large gated community. More suitable for kids it has large play area. Felt bit expensive, overall the brand speaks for itself.

Excellent place, location, ambience everything is great. Some Villas are having seepage problem. I feel it could be individual villa owners have not done suitable maintenance, association should guide correctly in such matters.
