Location is superb, but the rooms are very small for what you pay. Also there is no car parking facility you have to park your car somewhere else and everytime one or other person will say thats their parking area. No waste management system, morning you have to wait for the BBMP guys and if you miss it, its all yours.
Very bad experience..these looters will collect cash and doesnt provide services as mentioned in their portal.We booked in Singasandra one bhk for two months were we had to suffer water un-availbility every week.cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit money and they will provide a un clean room.Hats off rentmystay..Keep up the good work..
The worst service provided by online rental portals. They show properties in the website and when you want to enquire of a specific property they directly take you to payment gateway. I had to pay for the place before even I could enquire and afterwards after all their KYC and photo uploading process, they acknowledged with a message saying Thank you for choosing Rentmystay, Contact so and so number to check with property owner. I called on the number and got to know they dont have any property in that location and asked me to send screenshots of payment message for refund and hung up the phone on me. Now after the screenshots having been sent, neither the person is replying nor any any of their executives are trying to get in touch.
@Rakesh Kamble Its been 3 weeks no one from your office called me I give back my advance the finance team does not pick up my call also and the operation team also the same and you all are saying the place to stay no boss money is not safe so no to rent my say
Not even eligible for single star, such a money looters and worst services ever u had.is possible please avoid rentmystay.
Very difficult to get deposit refund .. it has been more than 3 weeks still struggling to contact them..no customer support... while paying everything is online .. but when getting refund everything is manual :(my rating
