“ Overall satisfied of buying an Apartment with this builder ”I work in Electronic City, Bangalore and I was looking for a 2BHK Apartment which is close by to my workplace. In this process I had shortlisted couple of Builders and Aswani was one among them.I visited many ongoing projects and I shortlisted them because of the following reasons:- Affordable.- Honest pricing.- Good ventilation and natural light.- Well planned layout with no space wastage.- Good Management.(They Address your queries before and after booking).- Good construction quality.- No hidden charges (You pay on Carpet area).- No deviations. (Project will get OC).- Did minor modifications.(I shifted few electrical points they didn’t charge me for it).These are some my personal opinions on “ Aswani properties ”. If you are looking for a builder who can provide good quality constriction within affordable housing category then you can consider Aswani properties. One of my friends had purchased a flat way back in 2010, I think it was one of their first projects called “Aswani Sitara” and he was happy with the overall construction quality and the support they provide.Now, I am also moving to move soon Bangalore and settle down, In this regard I had a site visit of one of their running projects located on hosur road which I liked, as its closer to my workplace. If everything goes well I am planning to book next month after which I shall further update about the company.Thank you

I wish could give them negative rating. One of the worst builder, who doesnt care about their customers. Situation of Ashwani Aaeesha is worst, they are not able to provide the basic amenities like water, house keeping and security also. I request all the individuals who is planning to buy please avoid this builder.....

A good builder..I would recommend this builder if you are looking to Buy an affordable category Apartment. Their quality of construction is good, and their pricing is also honest.They are quite approachable and answerable to most of your doubts even after the booking is done. (not many do so as per my personal experience)I can say this because one of my friends had purchased an apartment in one of their first projects called Sitara and overall he is satisfied with the flat. I also personally visited one of their ongoing projects to see the site physically.Since I am satisfied with them and Happy with their quality of work and reasonable pricing. Hence I am planning to book one of their ongoing projects located in Electronic city.So if you have shortlisted them for buying an apartment then you’re are truly in safe hands, and One can also get a subsidy amount (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) of up to Rs 2.67 lacs on the Flat value.Thank you and Hope my short review helped you!

Three main things why I brought an Apartment from them good location, quality construction, and good pricing.This is my honest opinion on them since I have seen the entire duration right from pre-launch to completion. Below is a small glimpse of how I made Aswani Sitara my first “ Home”.I was new to Bangalore and was searching for a good affordable 2Bhk apartment that comes within my budget; I visited several under construction and pre-launches, but I couldn’t finalize. At this point, I was referred by my friend to take a look at a project called “ Aswani Sitara ”  which was just launched.When it was launched at that time around 7 to 9 years back, then the location was considered as city outskirts as it was around 9kms away from Electronic city. Now things have completely changed as many fast developments are happening around. As the project was under the pre-launch phase, I booked it at a very reasonable cost which is why I got the best property appreciation.During the building construction phase which was approximately lasted 2 to 3 years. I was happy with the whole construction quality, and even the builder management is also approachable if support required. During the construction, I had to change the electrical points as per my interior designer suggestion which they readily agreed and executed, which was a bit surprising to me as other builders create a lot of hurdles for these types of works.I haven’t faced any hurdles and issues till the handover of my home. Hence, I would recommend this builder if anyone who is looking for affordable housing.

Good Builder if you are looking for affordable housing.I own a apartment of their previous project “ Aswani Sitara ” which was developed near KHB Surya city, I was one of first 50 flat owners who had booked at a pre launch event.So, I have seen their entire process right from launch to handing over the OC certificate of my flat. I would like to share a few things that I have noticed during this duration which might help others understand about them.Pros:- Approachable management.- Good construction quality.- Decent quality of materials for bath ware and electrical fittings.(5years+ still no major issues faced)-No hidden charges (Paid only what I had to Pay).-Builder management responds even after handover.-Can expect a decent property appreciation if booked early as I did.- They only cater to mid size segment.- Affordable cost.These are my personal option about them in these 6years as a customer.Thank you.

Perfect housing for a nuclear or joint family. GO GREEN concept has been implemented and maintained successfully throughout the project. Well established club, indoor games including a swimming pool and a gym. A wider area park gives us a pleasant experience. A brilliant Construction in according to religious/mythological concept i.e., VAASTHU. Totally a peaceful location for a peaceful family. Excellent work by ASWANI Properties.

Good builder in the affordable category.I was in search of buying my first home in Bangalore which would be within my budget. Since my office is located at Electronic city phase 2, I was in search of a home that is nearby to my office. In this duration, I had shortlisted a couple of builders that were building apartments nearby.I had seen a couple of projects done by different builders having their projects around +/-5Kms from electronic city. Eventually, I had shortlisted Aswani for home because of below reasons.- Quality of construction.- No building deviations.- No hidden charges.- Clearly gave me the Carpet area and Built-up area sizes (other builders were reluctant to give me).- My friend’s recommendation as he owns a flat in Aswani Sitara (one of their first project).- They provide Occupancy Certificate (OC) after project completion. (Not many builders give OC ).- Approachable management.Considering all these points, I proceeded further towards booking my First home in Bangalore.Thank you.

Good investment option as its located at a walkable distance to TCS, Tech Mahindra, Velankani Electronics, HICAL Technologies.. etcThe project is also very close to the upcoming Metro station at Electronic city which is planned to have a built up area of around 2lac sq ft which will be one the biggest metro stations in Bangalore.This will result in bigger footprints and eventually increase the real estate market surrounds the station areas.

One of the worst builders ..they are frauds.I have cancelled my booking as papers were not proper but they are not returning my booking amount neither picking calls ...Big frauds ...i wish i could give negative rating..not sure how many more people they have cheated ...will never recommend anyone for this .Doing fraud and running away is there main mantra.

Hi everyone , Dont waste your Time & Energy with this stupid Aswani Property , they are cheater & they will promise everything until Loan Processing after that they will Delay & Play with your money & Construct new Project in some other place will will leads to delay in your Flats constructions, so please go for ready to occupy flats &dont go for Aswani, Please its my request.
