They provide very good service, any kind of problem there is solution with them related to pets, only concering area is bit expensive, but treatment and results are very good.

My cat was suffering from heart problems and was been treated. We just needed a injection and we had informed him about the same. But when we went there he subjected my cat to unnecessary xray which does not tell us about the heart. and told us he had a fracture of the stranum andtold us to stop the heart medicine. By gods grace we didnt listen to him and continued with the heart medicine. We took another xray the next day. Which confirmed there was no fracture. This doctor is totally commercial. Plz do not take your pets there

The doctor will simply ask you to come show the pet if you enquire something and prescribe unnecessary syrups that he will sell you in the medical store that is inside the hospital itself. Many of my friends who have visited this doctor suggested me not to go here as the doctor is money minded. But I still came here as it was close to my home. Many commercial vets are money minded in Bangalore and this one tops the list. Money minded or not is secondary but when you do a little research on the condition of your pet, you will find out that his diagnosis is not all relevant hence the doctor is not even a little knowledgeable. Please please please save your pet by not going to westend and go at another doctor! 🙏

Good service and higher experience doctors

Its spacious, the senior doctor was not available, his assistant doctor helped us and checked our dog, but its quite expensive, ₹550 for consultations, for xray its 650₹ plus medicine charges.they have facility to give bath to your dog ,if its a stray dog or your own, two assistants are there to help.

I always take my pet here for health realted issues!!! Dr. Prakash is very patience and help u guide how to take care of ur pet!! Staff is very nice and supportive!!!

Pathetic quality, the attenders( Rafique) behave like butchers, very rough handling of pets & the assistant Mala behaves like a lost woman who makes you wait for hours together for a process as simple as billing ...They behave like some government hospital people..The doctor is undoubtedly skilled ,but most of the times moody & doesnt clearly explain .Lots of unnecessary injections in every visit!! From Dr to attenders everyone there has ego problem..Better skip this to save your sanity.

Ive been seeing Dr Shivprakash for more than 3 years regarding my golden retriever.. being late and having to wait is one thing..this doctor forgot to remove the sutures after getting my dog neutered and after reminding him about this, instead of removing the suture asks us to come back later or some other time. Now we need to travel back again to meet him for his mistake.The bills are really really expensiveI have the right to know what injections are given to my dog..but the doctor keeps injecting and injecting.. every three days you go for follow up and unnecessary injections are given.Doctor has bad attitude. Doesnt want to talk much or clear your doubts. Time is money for him I guess.Basically you get looted here..be ready for it..The helpers are really friendly. The only thing thats good about this place.Wish I could give zero stars for a place that loots money from pet parents this way.

A very popular veterinary clinic for all pets. Dr.Shivaprakash is well experienced and deft in handling all pets issue. Has an operation theatre,X ray room and grooming centre as well. Parking is very limited to just 4-5 cars and the location is in a crowded narrow road but worth taking the trouble if you want the best care for your pet. Have been visiting this clinic ever since our pet dog was a puppy.(12 yrs old now).

I am very disappointed with the kind of treatment given here. If you love your pets please do look for another veterinary. I have a German shepherd and there was a small speck on her eye which was the beginning stage of corneal ulcer. We took her to him almost 3 times a week he prescribed medicines which was of no use and has now she is suffering from chronic corneal ulcer. Rating 0 out of 5 wasnt an option I dont think this place even deserves one star

Lovely pet care hospital and pharmacy located in Guttahalli, and managed very nicely by Dr. Shiva Prakash and his helpful staff. Primarily treats canines, they are adept at treating and looking after other pets as well. Parking is also easy, making it comfortable for owners to get their peers into the hospital.

Just superb treatment. You dont get the best for cheap. Hats off sir. As a shepherd enthusiast and breeder . I would recommend him personally . He saved my boy bruce

First of all he, Dr. Shivprakash is unfit to be a doctor....he treat animals in a different way which cannot be explained.....without knowing the disease be keeps on giving injections to the dog.....he is always late to the clinic and he is least bothered about the patients......he is too negligence in treating the patients.....he is not at all responsible at his work.......I request u to not go with your pets,.... if u go with your pets, u have to come back with empty hands, as we lost our 10 years beloved pet........Last but not the least , I request the government department to cancel his license.....

My review is based on my overall experience.Pros: Dr. Shivprakash is very experienced and is very good at identifying the problem cures it in a timely manner.Cons: He is so disrespectful of his patients time, that he is always late to the clinic and never worries about the fact that dogs also get restless while we wait for him.Also, if you are going to this place, get ready to at least spare 3 hours of your time.Lastly, he is a very expensive vet.My opinion, if its minor issue, go to a local vet and get your pet cured and approach Westend only if its a major issue.

Lost my five year old. Doctors didnt detect the giant sized tumor even after multiple scans which other vets immediately located and even showed it in the previous scans. Inexperienced doctors. Medications given were doing the opposite effect and drained the life out of him. Worst experience, do not repeat the mistakes that we made.

Worstest vet clinic I have ever seen in my life, the staffs and vet over there doesnt know the meaning of responsibility, respect and punctualityI called for clinic on Sunday for grooming, the lady on the phone gave me appointment on Tuesday @2.30As I reached the clinic Tuesday gave a call back to lady she said to wait and I was waiting for literally half an hr in the street with my pet thn came a small child who opened the clinic door for me, I had a seat waiting more for one hr and thn I called the lady back she said more half an hr,, as I started to get angry but still I wait, thn the small child asked me the purpose I mentioned for grooming thn she said grooming is not done in this unit u have to visit another unit, I literally became red hot and child called the lady, thn the lady says yeah grooming is done in another unit which is far from my place and I already have wasted my two and half hr in this unit, as I spoke to the lady she said its my mistake for not asking which branch ;Excuse meAm I working for the hosp and I know how many branches u haveStupid female and she doesnt know how to speak with a customer, she didnt say me the grooming branch name and now shes saying its my mistake including the vet who supports herCompletely hate this clinic, my kindly advice dont take ur pet to such a stupid illiterate people

The doctor is good and the staff is helpful but the doctor came about an hour late on both my visits. Very inconsiderate. Expect huge waiting times. My first visit was 4 hours (I was second in line!!) Second was 2 hours (I was first in line!!)...

It was a blessing to find Dr Shiva Prakash so close to our house.Right from the start when we wanted to Spay our Indie Dog ,Dr Shiva Prakash was very clear in explaining what to expect,the after care and the result.The surgery at his Sheshadrpuram hospital went on smoothly and we were reassured by him and his staff when we were a bit anxious.His after care of changing bandages and removing stitches was also done thoroughly with his gentle touch and his calm nature kept us free of any major anxiety.Also he was always available on the phone and without fail returned any call we made.He was clear about his fees and we never felt we were overcharged.Our dog is today doing well and our thanks to Dr Shiva Prakash,His assistant Dr Dimple and his all his assistants who are true dog lovers.

I do not like this place.It is very small and looks primitive, messy and dirty and there is a bad smell and no AC, which gave me a headache.The people are friendly but does not seem very professional.When my cat got examined by the vet, there were like 5 or 6 people in there just watching. That is not good for the animal, as she will stress out with so many people around her. It also took quite a while to get the bill, but all the paperwork was in order.

Ive spoken to other patients who have visited this place and most of them have voiced out the same opinion. The doctor stretches out the procedure for his monetary gain. Wrong diagnosis, gross negligence, thirst for money and an overall incompetence. This man will murder your best friend. DO NOT take make the same mistake I made, spread the word, PLEASE do not take your pet here.

The so-called unqualified arrogant clown in charge of this centre has single handedly murdered my pet by prescribing wrong meds and inducing seizures into him. He was perfectly fine until this uneducated moneymonger laid hands on him.Please, a sincere request from someone who lost a valuable part of his family. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CENTRE! The man in charge - Shivaprakash is a fraud and is someone who shouldnt be near an operating table.I truly hope there is a special seat in hell for people like him who make their profits in taking innocent lives.
