Good and NABH (greenery) hospital

Went here to get COVID vaccine after booking via CoWIN portal and couldnt take the vaccine.Had chosen this hospital as it is walking distance from home.When I asked at the gate where I should go, they had no clue. Enquired next at Reception who directed me to Emergency. In Emergency was told that they have not been administering vaccine for many days and when I showed the confirmation SMS which mentioned this hospital asked me to go to 1st floor.In the counter at 1st floor, I was asked to contact another doctor in one of the ground floor rooms.Found the room and was informed by a nurse that the doctor may come in another 30 minutes.After around 30 minutes, another nurse asked me whom I was waiting to meet. When I told the doctors name, she told that the particular doctor wont be coming today and another doctor will be coming.When I told that this was to get COVID vaccine, she repeated the same story as was told to me by the staff in Emergency and she suggested that I visit the Government Hospital in Nandini Layout

Funny theres no toilet in such big premises.

Ya the infrastructure is very nice and well maintained..

Worst hospital with no seriousness among doctors toward queries from the patients. They give a very vague answer with zero clarity which cannot be understood by many illiterate patients

I think this is the best hospital service in Bangalore.They have good and friendly ppl.This hospital is very much cleaned.This may be the first government hospital that I have seen that much cleanness .Even they have food facilities.Very well maintained.

Has Dedicated and very young Doctors..!!There is no public transport for the Public commuters though having all possible potential like wide road which connects to NH-4 along. with Two central govt premier institutes and many big industries in the same road.Too many potholes as much heavy trucks travel owing to the presence of big industries.

Quality of service is too late, that may takes around 3-4 days. Not satisfied.First day waited from till evening they took x-ray and written for blood test, 2nd day again waited from morning and they saw x-ray and took blood sample for test. Third day they provided blood report and to show the report to doctor waited for 3 hours. I think the cough would automy get cured for 4 days after these many walking exercise...For the delay reason I got was low faculty or doctors in hospital

Worst ,We have to wait 24hrs to collect our X-ray . They issue 9 people X-ray at at time and I don’t know what is the logic behind that .Whole hospital staff won’t care if it is emergency. Just for blood test or just for a fever, patient has to spend three days in hospital . Timing killing..It’s ours hospital money will be deducted from our salary every month. Staff think that they giving service from there father money .

Dont come to this hospital in case of emergency they simply play with patients lives by sending them to Rajaji Nagar ESIC hospital and there they wont treat properly and sends back to peenya they tells this patient is not comes under our area limit . If this kind of Rude behavior happens in case of serious emergency cases and if patient Lost their lives in who will be responsible for that. And ultrasound scanning doctor is not doing their job properly, I think worst service they give dates of appointment for ultrasound scanning after 2 months of your visit, is this seems to be ruthless? Government should take Proper action on this hospital. Otherwise Ban this hospital. When it comes to pharmacy half of the prescription medicine would be no stock.

Good hospital for the needy poor workers with some really best doctors and facilities. But the road that reaches there is in a worst condition since a year. Hospital is located far from main road and not noticeable .

One of the hospital for low income group as lots of facilities, good services, big hospital, with gud parking area. But the roads are some what full of dust and road patche, less Street light. So better avaid going night after 9 Pm

Its a *100 bed* central govt run Esic Hospital inaugurated on February 2012..!!Only Other Central Govt run ESIC Hospital in Karnataka is ESIC Hospital, Rajajinagar(Bangalore).Only 3 Esi Dispensaries are attached to the Esic Hospital, Peenya i.e,1) Peenya(TVS Cross)2) Laggere3) Madanayakanahalli
