Its got quite a collection of birds definitely as it goes by its name and I couldnt capture not a single one on my phone though, if youre having a good camera then, yes! Definitely a great place for bird lovers and bird watching and photographers too. Youll not regret it, its got gazebos and resting areas at all places and a good walking trail till the end.A great place for meditation too 😜. You can hear thee voices of so many birds when youre here in the early hours of the day. So plan accordingly. and try to reach by 6 so you can enjoy the atmosphere of the park completely to the fullest.

A bird watchers den. Good that it does not attract too many foot falls!Best time to visit is 0630-0730am when many birds are active.A quite and close to nature place. A surprise in between hustle and bustle of city life around.

A good place for bird spoting. People often come for evening walks and take photography. Sadly due to the the new diesel power plant setup in the vicinity it has been ruined. Also this place needs maintenance. The pavements should be made with solid tiles and cutting off the grass has not been done since a long time.

Place has the potential to become much better place if adequate upgrade and maintenance is done on infrastructure

The Puttenahalli lake is a 12 hectare water body which is unique as it falls in the migratory path of more than 120 species of birds. The lake is currently being revived and we hope to see it in all its glory soon.

It is like a Oasis in the desert

A lot still needs to be done to make this place become what it is capable of. We were there as part of lake rejuvenation. There was hardly any water there in the lake. You could actually walk to the island part from the shore as there is no water. Saplings have been planted and a good number of seed balls have been planted, thereby trying to create a better future for this dead lake.

The work is in progress. The lake getting ready to attract more species of birds and for walkers it will be nice place as they can get fresh air and good veiws by seeing various trees and birds.

I think another one of the lakes in Bangalore which has been siphoned off for real estate. Great going. 3 cheers for climate change.

This name does not match the place. Lot of attention is required to make best use of the place.

The lake is dirty please clean the lake it will be nice and keep boating..

During last 4_5 years havent seen water in this lake.just filthy atmosphere but. Cleaning seems to be in progress.

There is no water in this place and the people who are sitting inside provide no information on what is happening.
