Its a nice place in between the city but its not clean ..If it is clean then it will good for the city

Good place for a morning walk

One of the best lakes Ive seen in Bangalore which is even well maintained.This lake is quite big and it offers a best place for joggers and nature lovers. The best time to visit will be during sun set.Better to carry mosquito repellent as there are lots of mosquitoes.There are several entries for this park. I would recommend people to visit this park once

Its a best place for a morning jog

A great spot for a morning walk or birdwatching trip! Love the birds here, especially the pelicans, storks, ducks geese and kites. Keep an eye out for swimming snakes - if you are lucky you might spot one catch a fish for breakfast! (Watch my uploaded video)Quite well maintained, except for a stretch at the far end of the lake, which had a broken boundary wall and dirt filled track. There are childrens play areas every few hundred meters totally I believe there are 3 or 4. The ones near the main entrance gate are newer.I do wish there were some basic refreshments nearby, however. The closest reliable eateries are in RMZ mall.

Very beautiful and clean place. There are park gyms and walking tracks. Human friendly place. Theres a coloured fountain as well. Theres a road running along side so little noise of two wheelers sometimes. Timings are till 9am in the morning and from 4pm to 7pm in the evening.

This place is calm and quiet and is so near yet so far from the main hustle of the Yelahanka New Town.Good place for Walking, doing Excercise, Yoga.Nice place to spend with your loved ones. You have the eateries nearby so after a tiring walk - can have a peaceful breakfast in the morning or snacks in the evening.

A good place to enjoy the beauty and fountain. Its a medium sized lake of around 2kms of perimeter. The lake has a beautiful fountain in the middle that adds to its beauty. You can enjoy the drizzling of water from the fountain on the small bridge over the lake. The lake is well maintained with the walking path covered entirely with trees.

Well maintained walkway. But could have had more activities like boating, refreshments and near lake. The lake is not dirty but not very clean either. Good for a walk and some exercise in the small park but this place has huge potential as a place of hangout for family if maintained properly

Two wheeler parking is available inside . Restroom is dirty and needs timely maintaince. Best place for walking and jogging!

I liked the sunset,the lake,walking area,the growing plants,..

As if now lake is clean. There is a walking path and kids play areas in multiple places which is not at all maintained. Center of attraction is sitting area to watch birds like duck and pigeon which climb steps to eat food grains. If you maintain silence birds eat peacefully otherwise they move away. Many people behaved irresponsibly by forcibly holding pigeons and posing for photos for their WhatsApp DP which was painful to see. Its our responsibility to save the water resource and habitats . Go and enjoy with your family but please dont spoil the ambiance

Its such a nice place to unwind. Youd never expect a lake to be tucked away in this part of the city. Its a pretty big lake and the walk around the lake is good long walk. Its very relaxing. Lots of birds around too. Its a great place to bring children as well as they have multiple playgrounds and they even have spot where you can feed the ducks. Spending time at the lake is definitely something I look forward and Id highly recommend it to anyone who lives in and around the area

Adjacent to a side road. Hence peaceful. Migratory birds - pelicans and water fowl, i think. Nice walkway, some half done construction activity (which part of Bangalore does not have that) spoils the experience a bit.

This place is awesome. Well done. Walkway is really nice. Good for morning walks. People generally take the kids to walk around here because its totally safe. Of course, not so safe that you can leave them there alone. Be alert and around while they enjoy themselves there.

Very nice place for a walk stretches around 2 km with government gym. LakeView is amazing with some birds and its a beautifully maintained park. Spend some time with family including kids, they will love it.

This lake is comparable to Sankey Tank from this area. Its a beautiful lake. There are some smells in different stretches not very pleasant. Worth visiting.

Great park in yelahanka sector, may be covers around 2km while we walk. Good maintenance. Drainage water on other side should be blocked so, that aquatic life can survive too, and this surely gonna be the best park in this region. Kids has to be taken care by the elders while walking . Water level is bit higher compared to earlier days. Timing is followed here, for the people safety.

A well maintained lake, clean with good pathways for walk or jog. Attracts many birds in season. There is a small play area for kids which is good if you just want to hang out with kids. The only concern for me was the security guard asking for money for tea coffee as soon as he saw me holding a camera. Also the security guards there make you feel as if you are visiting a museum instead of a park with constant whistling and telling you to leave the park soon, which is quite annoying.

Great place for a leisurely walk or a light jog. Been there on early morning as well as evenings. I preferred the evenings due to the scenic views it present when the sun is setting in the west.A well maintained garden is a plus. The childrens play area also draws quite a few visitors. There are many entrances as per your convenience. The overall walk is around 2 km. Then there are few benches to relax if you wish.It is a photographers Paradise as well. The subjects could be water bodies, sunset, kids play area with human expressions, landscaped gardens and yes, some of the aquatic birds.Only issue is with the mosquitoes at the evening in some patches.

Good place for morning and evening walk ...neatly maintained ...some place (another corner ) need to be maintain still better ( main entrance maintained good but another corner not maintained)...If we really feel birds sound we need to avoid headphone ...jim equipments available two corners ... 02 badminton court available for playing ....many sit benches are there with good view point ( during my visit unable to sit long time due to mosquitos 😉)...fountain is there ...best place .....few pics attached during my visit ...

The lake is pretty well maintained. The walking or jogging path is neat and one would feel like cruising. Best part is it’s open even after its dark. The lighting is good. It is safe for women to walk freely all around. One of the best and well maintained lakes around Yelahanka

Best place in town for walk and to get peace of mind

A very decent and pleasant lake in Yelahanka with a good view with a lot of water birds present.There is a 2km walking track surrounding the lake with a maintained garden. There are a couple of places at two corners with gym equipments, kids play area and badminton nets as well.

Its a well maintained lake, surrounded by park ,play area, exercise instruments & also batmenton court .The bridge located in the entrance adds a spl view to the lake.

In recent days this lake is maintained very well be it gardenjng, park operations, walking path area, children play area, sit out shelter, walking bridge over with seating bench & security. Just that water fountain was in maintenance & not operating. This place is very ideal and refreshing destination for morning or evening walkers. Very less noise or pollution cause of vehicles as their moment is very limited.Whole round about park is 2.3 to 2.4kms & must exit the park before 6pm else issues with mosquitoes & other flying insects. If you are lucky can witness different types of birds species coming here and its really eye catcher plus relaxation. Kindly do not disturb birds here & pollute water by throwing plastic or wastages. Overall this is very good place for yelahanka residents & people do travel from other area all the way down to relax here.

Very cool and calm place... I had spent some beautiful moments with my friends during my stay in Bengaluru.

The lake was well maintained and its nice lake and its good place for elderly people for walking and to keep healthy then can do exercise is gym area for all peoples.
