Very bad experience. Had given our Ritz for service. Half of the things they told will do, was not done, even after 4 days in service station. Service Manager also told they will co ordinate regarding any issues, non was communicated. V had to keep calling to check for updates. I wont recommend it for others.

My experience with this service center is not good. They made a big scratch on the glass and made bluffing now on the scratch is not visible on day time. And they now its need to visible for inspection. Asking me to come when the scratch is visible. Went twice no luck.

Very very bad .one ABS wire was bitten by rat. They just covered it by insulation tape and charged 761rs. They are charging big amount for the customers. Very disappointed!!! Ill not go to this place again and Ill also tell all my colleague car drivers to not visit this service center. They are just money makers.

I visited Kalyani Service, Gollarahatti for my car service. The experience i had was very pathetic. Staff are not co operative. First thing they didnt complete the service and the vehicle was not ready and made to wait for more than 1 hour. And later they had issues will billing. Server was down. They kept saying wait 5 minutes, even when they know the issue was not going to solve soon as they are seeing software issues every month during month end. And they made me wait one more hour. Even then the issue was not fixed. They dont have app based mode of payment. Now a days even a road side vendor have QR code, but not such a big business company. They demand cash or they charge you 1% extra for paying through card. They dont value customer.They give torture calling many times saying service is due, but when we visit for service nobody bother to attend correctly.Ill almost had similar experience with Nayandahalli and Nagadevanahalli branches too.As we pay money, its better to take a local service and avoid such big business.Everyone who thinks to visit here. Please read the review. You may be next victim.

Worst service centre. Inexperienced technical staff unable to sort out issue of manual door lock.. Brake issue unsolved in two visits.finally done in third visit.one of worst service centre for Marathi cars.technical staff do not know difference between auto lock and manual lock..i had experienced worse service with kalyani motors.
