Good place ,But it gets muddy when rains,Otherwise its a good place for sit and relax, enjoy, play cricket and sketting for children

Such an amazing ground with superb surrounding and now as its already autumn in Bangalore the ground looks awesome during night. The Ground has large area where people play cricket and other sports plus it has a skating rink which is free for everyone and open from morning till 10pm . For kids there are clases for skating in the evening associated with BANGALORE DEVELOPMENT ROLLER SKATING CLUB. Nice place to hang around in one corner they have small place for kids to play with some stuff like see saw , jhula and all .

This place is Beautiful outdoor stadium. Ground is located in Center of Jayanagar. Mostly used for sports events is also conducted and used for some cultural activities. People say a lake was converted to play ground some 50 years ago. This place has its churns of being used for political propaganda. Well maintained by local administration. Playground is usually busy on weekends. Parking is a problem and needs to be addressed at the earliest.

The ground is right in the middle of jayanagar and hence very easy to find. A lot of clubs join there to train for kind distance runs and one of them is jayanagar jaguars. You can also find people practicing cricket and other sports. If you are interested in organised running in a group, you should go there on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday mornings.

This is located in 5th Block Jayanagar. No landmark nearby. Parking space is available. Easy to locate. Two temples are nearby. A2B is nearby. Public toilet nearby. Eateries are in close proximity. Little near to Jayanagar Metro, not walkable though.

One of the few play grounds in Jayanagar, people can play during night also, thanks the lights. More sitting arrangements required. Adjacent there is park for walking also.

We went there to attend India Education Conclave Expo.This was held by Suvarna News. Many colleges faculty were here to explain about the further education and also the career guidance. It was really very helpful. Thank you Suvarna news. Shalini Ground is very close to Raghavengra swami temple. Walk able distance from bus stop.

Every Saturday and Sunday, ground will be fully occupied by many people. At the same time 6 to 7 teams will be playing simultaneously.Mostly cricket will be played and sometimes uses it for football also.

Big ground, best place for playing cricket

Nice play ground and a make_do assembly location for philanthropy and political meets. Largest problem here is the way the public park their vehicles right across the gates. If people can be more socially conscious about parking across the entry area or throwing garbage .. our lives would be wonderful. Not need a NaMo for all these things.

A lake historically some 50 years back converted to playground. This place has its churns of being used for political propaganda rather than kids playground.A temple not seen for decades started small and occupied 25% of the ground overnight and the political leaders to gain trust vote supported the infiltration here. Then for their rallies built auditorium which hasnt been used in long times as people use temporary stage setting as per their needs.One by one the place is being ruined instead of the whole bigger ground where more than 10 teams used to play crickets side by side without clashes and during rains football was just awesome to play here but then to lift the ground level for nearly two years the ground was dumped with debris from construction sites.
