Visited today to open joint account, work was done within 30min with ATM Card, passbook, NetBanking facility. Outstanding service from Mr. Madhu and Mr Karthik. Hats off to these guys, experienced excellent service from PSU Bank. Before this we were running behind other SBI Branches(beside cloud9 in Jayanagar) but there was no response at all and worst ever employees we faced in life. This SBI IN TOUCH branch in Jayanagar-Bangalore is wonderful branch with wonderful employees. Highly recommending to visit this branch for any bank related services.

The account opening kiosk and the debit card printing kiosk is something state of art and this is the next generation banking. The Iwall for loans and financial planning is also quite user friendly and helpful.

My SB account is with SBI (erstwhile SBM) in my home town. It is too tough for me to plan a trip to my hometown during weekends (that to only on 1st and 3rd Saturday). Also I didnt have my internet account and I dont have any cheque book (I dont want to maintain cheque book as this is my secondary account). So there was no option for me other than going to home branch even to withdraw the money!!!After searching on internet I found that there is instant Debit card printing facility @ Sbiintouch. So these are sequence of actions :1) Walked into Sbiintouch branch2) Handed over my Aadhar photo copy3) My PAN card was NOT linked to account.4) Gentleman in the bank took my original PAN card and took the photocopy and even linked my PAN with account5) I stood in front of first machine and authenticated Aadhar6) Even my photograph was taken by first machine7) There were series of OTPs received on my registered mobile8) Second gentleman helped me in feeding the details in 2nd machine like whether I need Visa/ master card , setting up PIN etc.9) I was handed over Photo debit card (with preset PIN) in nice card holderAll this took less than 20 minutes !!!! Such a wonderful experience!!!Unfortunately this was my only good experience with SBI till date :-)

I visited this branch 2 wks back to open a new account. I was amazed to see them opening an account in 15 mins flat with debit card printed in front of me. The a/c opening kiosk and the debit card printing kiosk does the magic. The gentelman who helped me was very professional. I was looking for an account for almost 2 months and other branches were giving me excuses for not opening an account. Kudos to SBI for opening this branch with hitek machines.
