Just had buffet dinner at P level. Food was so scrumptious. Really loved the service of Nanu her hospitality was remarkable there was not a single moment that i felt left out thanks to her. Would recommend my all friends. Good hospitality and good food. Superb experience. 👌🏻👍🏻

My booking has been done in Royal Orchid Hotel in Bengalaru for 2 daysThough this hotel is 4 star but the property doesnt have even 2 star worth it. The rooms are cozy and shrinks. Toilet, bathtub, room floor all have stains and the sofa has dust on it.Its hard to digest this hotel staying for 2 days here.Pls dont compromise on quality at all when we are travelling in Covid situation.

Had made a booking but canceled the room and ran away. The pictures you see are for a room which is charged 3500 plus.Its worse than a roadside bus stand lodge in cleanliness.The bathroom is pathetic and highly unclean the bedsheets and curtains are stained. The room is full of dust and unclean and not to mention the bed sheets are stinking.One of the most horrific stays ever experienced

I understand its tough times but the hotel does not seem to be trying. Decent size room, well insulated and comfortable and AC works and very good location.Bad experience though as the room we were given is badly maintained especially the bathroom and a bit shabby. The TV does not work, no hot water (this was provided in a bucket), the phone was not connected (we found the wire and did it). Had to call reception to complain.They have a beautiful rooftop restaurant that served us burnt food. More than half of the items we wanted to order were not available. The captain who took our order was totally unapologetic and told us that was good food. Management please wake up from curfew.

This hotel is amazing. Best in its region. The rooms have all sorts of facilities. Buffet food is really delicious. Staff is also helping and very much cooperative. It is better to book it online as Many discount offers are present. But the service speed is slow but rest everything will make your day

The stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean but the lack of maintenance was evident. No view from the room so its just good enough for a night stay. Food was average and quantity was only enough to serve 2. While we were only 2 in the room, if someone is planning to stay with kids then they need to be careful as the glass sheets placed on top of study table as well as bedside tables are slightly larger than the table surface have sharp corners

Didnt like the experience at all. Went there with a huge expectation as I had seen all the photos from the internet. Claiming to be a 3 star hotel the reality seemed like a dingy hotel. I initially encountered another person staying at the hotel who was complaining of his room being unclean and I later knew why.The rooms are dimly lit and the hallways are all dark, giving spooky vibes. I stayed in a standard room which cost me ₹1.6k per day. The room didnt look clean and had a weird smell inside. The linen too looked unwashed. My room had a partition door with another room and I could clearly hear noises from the adjacent room. Utter lack of privacy. The hotel is clearly under staffed and I wouldnt recommend it to anybody. Too pricy for such low quality.Note: If indeed you want to try out this bad hotel, do not book it by directly calling on their number as they will fool you by offering a club room and by claiming to give you a good deal. They will never mention the existence of a standard room which is shown in their website. The call attendant sounded pretty flummoxed and rude when I questioned about the standard room.

Rooms doesnt even have the standard of a 2 star hotel. I still cant believe its rated 4 star. The room stinks and makes you feel like you are at a hospital. Toilet, bathtub,floor all have stains and the sofa has so much dust on it. Lift feels like you are at a construction site.I dont understand why there isnt any maintain ence done.Breakfast spread,well I cant call it a spread as there were hardly anything. This was the first time I saw a 4 star having just gulab jamun as dessert in the breakfast spread.Except for the people being polite to you while talking,I seriously didnt see anything positive. Hard to digest that its part of Royal orchid chain.

I prefer staying here for my visit in Bengaluru because of its hospitality and location. Metro station and shopping destinations like Commercial Street is easily accessible. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They ensure that the stay is comfortable and any request is accommodated. Atul, Roshan and Pulin from the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family were comfortable throughout our stay. Pulin did an amazing job with the room cleaning. After a long day, it was sight for the sore eyes.

The location of this venue is perfect and in centre of the city, however the hotel is bit old in terms of facilities and room service. Breakfast buffet here is really good and worth a try

My husband and i stayed in Royal Orchid Central, Bengaluru from 17 to 19 september. We booked a club room with breakfast.Our first impression seeing the room was, that this is not at all what we paid for, looks completely different from the pics on MMT app.Room was smelling of fungus, as if closed from several months. It was a small room, and looks pretty old as well. And rooms washroom bathtub handles proved that (it just came out when i just touched it, without even putting slightest of the weight).Basic amenities were missing in the room, fridge wasnt working. Slippers, towels were not there. Water bottle when asked for 2, the hospitality refused to give, that only one can be given. Weird, right?Any request placed over phone, whether for in room dining, fridge repair, house keeping, everytime it took 40-45 minutes.Hospitality was not upto the mark; male receptionist was lacking basic etiquettes to attend the guests.Food in the Pinxx was again a big disappointment. Service was extremely slow. Use of excess oil in, some items were not well heated, and juices were not colder enough.Overall, only a namesake 4-star. No maintenance seen for stars.I wouldnt rate it more than 1 and wont recommend it.

It was so dirty. No covid protocalls followed. Disgusting is not a word. Do not get fooled by their website pictures. They spoiled my entire plan. Royal orchard I will post your third class pic on social media so that people do not get fooled . Pls do not book this hotel. Better sleep on the footpath.

The reviews here made me want to go to this hotel but it wasn’t like how it was portrayed or praised.I dunno if it is cause of covid or what but this place had a really really bad experience.The tub was dirty while the water was clogging in the sink, informed room service he came, he saw, he told he will come to repair but never showed up even though we kept calling but no help in the end had to go down to reception but even after that nobody showed up to the room.The AC wasn’t working so the reception offered to provide a fan instead. People come to hotels for ACs and a fan is not the same. Literally was sweating in the room.The towels were dirty.The fridge didn’t work.No sanitizer provided in the room.When asked to provide other room they kept saying we are preparing a room but never got back to me even though I called multiple times.Really bad service and a very bad experience.It is a very highly rated hotel hope they improve their service.

Excellent place keeping profession and leisure in balance.This Hotel is great for both business and leisure purpose travelers. The staff are helpful and take care of guests requests very well (we had a 3 year old who wouldnt eat in restaurant and upon request they allowed in-room dining service without additional cost). Do not miss the breakfast at Pinxx and if possible opt for dinner as well. Would recommend this place and will go again anytime. A better 4 star hotel than the best 3 star hotels and lowkey 5 star hotels.

Royal orchid Central Bangalore is one of the great hotel of Karnataka. People from every part of India gets a warm welcome here. I visited here for the first time and will like to come here once more. Every staff is cooperative and they special escort to the room with great smile.

I Had been there for a night on 1st of August. We Booked the room online through MMT more than a month prior to the arrival. After arriving, the reception asked for some extra amount for the stay stating some illogical reasons.

The room was average, looked less maintained, but I guess it was okay for the price I paid.The food was very good. There were two restaurants. One, a rooftop Chinese which served drinks, and another one with Indian, which served the daily breakfasts which was really good.Altogether I would suggest the hotel for food, location, overall service but not for cleanliness.

But food was worse.. if you wanna stay at this hotel please do not select with food.. they will give you pathetic food.. you cant even eat.. buffet did not have starters, seeing this for the first time that there are no starters in the buffet.. what was left over for lunch was served for dinner.. isnt it amazing??? Group of people stayed in 9th floor created a havoc in midnight around 3 am with lot of noise, screaming, shouting and knocking others rooms and created nonsense and no one from Hotel side stopped them until we complained.

The night shift manager or the receptionist is very rude. I had checked in at midnight after a long day with my friends and I thought Id make a review with pics but for no reason at all he made us cancel our booking and was very rude to us.. The room is not that good too. I definitely wouldnt recommend staying at this hotel.

Very bad place to visit.My stay there was really drastic.Wash room is totally dirty,leaking is there infront of room,itchy bed and service very bad.Response from Reception is very bad.Since we came night we stayed there.Next day morning we checked out and another room( we had two room both were dirty) we checked out at 12 pm without staying inside the room just to keep luggage only since we came for visa purpose.It was really horrible we didnt slept and we didnt taken shower afraid of corona.

The staff is very helpful but the service could be improved a bit , the room service is lousy I had to call multiple times and had to wait for around an hour just to get some water., except that it was a good stay.The staff was helpful and its in the prime location of the city and is in a walkable distance from MG road where you can find great food and shop.

We had arranged for a small get together for 30 ppl and the buffet was awful. When we had gone for food tasting it was good but on the final day the food was worst. Alsp we were exactly 30 guests still the food was over. I am not sure for how many people they had prepared as we all ate very less as food was cold and tasteless. Paneer was very rubbery.AC was also not working properly. I would never recommend this place.

Surround area is amazing, the window view is also nice. The staff is completely co-operative and try to get the work done. The view in the hotel is also majestic. Just some basic needs of the washroom in the room is not ergonomically organised, mismanaged and incomplete. And if you see value not money is not that great unlike others. The food is hygienic and delicious as well. Herere some pics of the menu. Theres laundry service as well. The Wi-Fi is commentary, thus slower than your typical cellular data.

I booked the venue for my engagement ceremony. Service and food were pathetic.They ruined my day. The taste of the food on the engagement day was totally different than what we had it during tasting.Staffs were rude. It doesnt qualify for a 4 star hotel.

This is One of the worst hotel I havev ever stayed so far inside Bengaluru. The staffs who were at the reception during the day time knows what theyre doing and on the other hand the Manager and the staffs from the night shift are useless ,mannerless, shameless, unethical and senseless crooked people who dont know how to behave with the customers. If Royal orchid is planning to stay in the hotel management field I would suggest you to find better educated people who knows what they are doing for this job.

The service is awful... They do not resolve issues and request even in three to four hours after placing requests. The meals included in the package are horrible... Slow.. so not worth what they charge for it.. and they are extremely slow in responding to requests.. left overs from lunch were served in the dinner and were left uncovered the entire day..
