Wish I could give zero stars. They approached us last month for MSME Loan. They committed disbursement within 2 weeks. It has been more than 35 days but still no disbursement. We have submitted every document but still they keep coming everyday to ask for a new document. Waste bank. Better options else where. Do not waste your time & money behind them.

Location is not clear , 2nd & 4th Saturday is Holiday which info is not avialable.

Address is wrong, its alomst 2kms away from the location shown here, actual office is above the BATA show room..

Axis bank service is very very very bad in service.please do not go for any loan. If want to close loan we need to go only loan department in searching that no proper address updated in google maps, and while giving loan they will tell different story and no proper customer service.

I wish I could give zero star for this they not even response correctly when closing loan time we have to go to branch and RM not even response correctly its a worst bank in kundalahali the sm who approached me in starting of the loan but at the last when closing he didnt even respond to my call I have have several calls although RM and SM was worst over there

Visited the this place today to check details and get Solutions for part payment of my personal loan and to get further details, got my token from security and was put forward to a executive Named Mr. Subanalla who is very professional, informative and was patient to make me understand on all the details and procedures I felt really happy and 5stars to this person Subanalla for making the whole process so smooth..

When everything happens online, axis bank insists on visiting their luan center to close the loan,But they sanctioned the same loan without me visiting them. This shows they dont care customers at all.

Extremely poor customer service experience. No helpdesk to ask query.This is an era where technology is available for online registration of E-mandate, but Axis Bank insists on meeting. It s very shocking to see poor preparedness to follow covid protocol. No temperature check!!!

I visited the axis bank today which is near the brigade metropolis and the service was very good the subordinate are very cooperative and friendly .... But the parking is not available I had to park it in the main road ..... The atm is attached with the bank .. overall good experience

I have personal loan it was closed and I did not receive noc through mail or app so I visit loan center and told them I need noc they telling very reckless answer you will get through mail suppose you did not mail then pay some money I will give noc then I said what for noc I have to pay money is that your problem you have to solve again asking me money if I did not get noc after that I will go legally you should pay for that

I have visited RAC centre for loan inquiry the lady whom I spoke to was very reckless in answering my questions, also when I was speaking the lady was not listening to me and when I raised the same, she was recklessly giving back answers and she has taken some request I dont know they have processed or not..... Very worst service no words to describe the service

Worst experience ever.... The people were so lazy and clearly not aware what they are doing. We went for a loan processing with sanction letter in hand and they took 1.5 months with everyday asking for new new documents and they themselves asked us to schedule for registration twice and then at last minute they just cancelled. And to just make it even better after 1.5 months they said they cant process the loan... What the hell.. I dont know..those people are the rudest and I believe they should just quit and go and not just got salary for doing nothing...the other bank we went after was so friendly and was so helpful. Unlike this axis Bank home loan branch. DONT GO HERE....

Location in the map is entirely incorrect, read the reviews and locating the branch was easy. Its located in Kundanahalli, above Bata showroom, landmark is SRL Diagnostics Kundanahalli. Service was good, token system available. Could complete the formalities in 30 minutes.

Absolutely wrong location mentioned in this map. It is in BEML area(opposite to BEML bus stop) and just above the Bata showroom. Axis bank is in 2nd floor. Process is fast with the executives and cooperative as well for any issues.Requesting someone to update the proper location to avoid confusion. Even I have wasted my time for almost an hour in this traffic.

Worst bank ever seen, if every documents clean also they r demanding some percentage on loan amount, this bank is Frauding customers, dont know either bank is responsible for this or thr Employees. I suggest you people pls dont get associate with these cheaters.

Very poor service. They dont know what they are collecting documents for. I had to submit documents twice. The ones submitted first time was not uploaded in their system and they calmly say back then their system didnt have that feature. However, that service request was closed and I was asked to submit again 8 months later. Very poor customer support (email and phone. Phone banking is a special no and will be charged by mobile carrier).

Location is good and easy to access. The behaviour of the staff was too good and most of govt aided banks like SBI and other banks have to learn a lot from people of this bank. Preclosure of loan was so quick and the executive was cooperative in filling the form. People will be happy to do transactions if they maintain this relationship and the easier process.

The customer care numbers listed do not connect to support folks. Period. You navigate through the IVR and finally when you are supposed to talk to he support person, call ends.Would love to give zero stars, but thats not possible.. Sigh..

Customer service was good for me (Home loan). They were quick to respond to my queries. But they dont have online exclusive for Home loan. You need to have savings account

Nicely located in the Whitefield road. Has parking space. You may park car/bike nearby towards left of AECS bus stand. It has bs stops nearby on both sides. Its a big branch with enough people to take care of you Banking needs..

Worst customer service they dont even have common names how to behave with customers. Worst branch worst service worse office staffs pathetic.

Worst customer care ever. Pls do not take loans from axis bank unless you have no choice. Their staff are uneducated and don’t know how talk to a customer, noValue for customer satisfaction at all. I’m personal advice is please do not choose axis bank for banking or personal loan.

Dont go on weekends it will be crowded. Go on weekdays and you will get free soon.

Had a nightmare trying to get a loan. staff have no idea what documents they are processing, just a pile of mess. Most private banks have a turn around time of a week to get issues resolved, here its worse than PSU banks, running around for a few months where every week they require some new document. Force you to buy property insurance and life insurance and take commission from that.
